Good day,

I assume it is no news for you that we've currently increased shipments out of Bering. And while Rheinland is falling to pieces, Unioners seemingly pardoned, the Liberty Navy is approaching our defenses in Bering. And while the Unioners are no immediate threat, the Navy is an immensely growing one.

Just now our Hudson division was forced to retreat. Even support from the Harmony wasn't enough. The Navy is moving and they're on alert with Rheinland forces suddenly being actively hostile once more. And yet we've not seen any Hellfire vessels giving fight to the Navy.

I have to assume the Commonwealth holding you back. If their genuine believe is that your forces can hold out alone and wait this out then they're mistaken. We can't fight the Navy on these conditions much longer. Despite our alliances and euipment. And once they cleared out Bering there is only one independent holdout left they can focus on and that one is yours.

You can join us in this fight or you can wait until the Navy demands the Commonwealth's surrender once all obstacles have been removed.

Your decision will decide not only yours, but our future and that of the people you wish to protect.

Good morning, Admiral.

With the Navy coming back from abroad, I suppose this was only an inevitability. Recent Legion operations in California and Texas were relative failures, no thanks to the Commonwealth, which yes I am getting rather fed up with.

The current belief is that we can bide our time in Kansas and Vespucci for the time being. Even I know this is a dead end, but the civvies we let take charge only think about the present, never the future, and certainly not the past. Legion operations have been at a relative standstill, but past evidence has shown a good combination when we work with the outside, especially against the Navy. I'm no fan of who you align with, certainly not Hackers, but it beats being turned into synth paste.

Consider it under heavy consideration. Not many within the Legion's upper echelon are fond of the Commonwealth either, but these new kids from Monterrey are being given training regimens with little orange stars on them. Should Bering come under increased pressure, Kansas is open to your forces as always.

I ain't being suckered by some pumped up flight-schoolers.

as anticipated, the Navy did not rest on their victory if one might call it such. A fleet, well supplies and repaired moved into Texas. Headed by the Concord it will no doubt eventually breach through our defenses. We cannot hold them back alone, nor can we regroup and evacuate. Much has been retreated from the system but many essentials still remain.

We need the assistance of your forces. If we don't survive this, your forces will be the next target. Can we count on your support? I'm afraid this will be our last stand otherwise.

Scouts from California spoke about the Concord being on the move. I guess now we know where she ended up after departing paradise. Taking on a battle-hardened fleet is a tall order, and I don't doubt that you wouldn't be up to the task. Even for the Legion, it would be a gutsy call in a theater we don't know so well.

Consider it done. The Legion's logistics teams will begin working in full, as opposed to the few we had before. I've also given the order for Task Force Gladius to begin preparations to mobilize, with the Incursus and Last Sunrise in tow. It's as much as I can dedicate without deprecating what we have left, and is far more asteroid-efficient than TF Warhammer.
They wanna see what we're made of? I say we show them.

My logistics personnel have notified me of the Navy's mobilization into Bering. They've already been hit by some patrols from the Concord, and TF Gladius is reporting a major activity spike in the area surrounding the Texas Jump Gate. I've notified the Legion as a unit, though it seems the Commonwealth has intention to undermine my authority. Our forces will rally, and Incursus command will soon be joined by Invictus and Damocles, as well as their escorts. Rest assured we have no intention of leaving you out to dry, unlike the suits who think they supersede my position.

We have to act fast, however. Quick and dirty. Logistics teams four through twelve are beginning preparations for Marshal, and are exfiltrating as much of your sensitive equipment as they can. Keep in mind that this is straining my people just as much as it is yours. The Legion's activity in the south has always been weaker, but we'll muster every gun we can to cover the retreat.

thank you. They're suddenly everywhere. All remaining equipment is now being brought here, to Galveston. Coordinates have been sent to you. I was forced to retreat here after an LSF infiltration damaged parts of the installation. The chaos of suppliers made it too easy for them to get into the usually more secure areas.

Your assistance comes in the most important moment. We need to hold out for a while longer until everything is out of the way. We have a plan yet it will require support from your forces. I will share all details with you once this operation has concluded.
