JOINT RESOLUTION
Declaring that a state of war exists between the Gen'an Chrysanthemums and the Shogunate and the Clans of the Blood Dragons and making provisions to prosecute the same.
Whereas the Gen'an Chrysanthemums have committed a series of attacks tantamount to war against the Shogunate and Clans of the Blood Dragons: Therefore be it
Resolved by the Shogunate and the Council of Daimyo of the Blood Dragons assembled,
That the state of war between the Blood Dragon Shogunate and the Gen'an Chrysanthemums which has been thrust upon the Blood Dragon Shogunate is hereby formally declared; and the Shogun is hereby authorised and directed to employ the entire naval and military forces of the Blood Dragon Clans and the resources of the Shogunate to carry on war against the Gen'an Chrysanthemums; and to bring the conflict to a successful termination, all of the resources of the combined Blood Dragon Clans are hereby pledged by the Shogunate and Council of Daimyo.Passed by the office of the Dragon Shogunate 15.04.827 A.S.
