Greetings

Ehhh, to the, comrades of the Sirius Coalition, I believe. (It's comrades right?) Anyway, to visitors from afar.

Word of your presence in the Kyushu system has spread, as well as tales of your struggles and way of life. Stories of combat operations with the Blood Dragons also appear, but perhaps it's better to lave those for later.

Name is Hirakawa Fei, you can call me Fei. I have been selected as the representative of the Delegates of the Union of Kusari Farmer Communes, or the Nourenpou. A very recent union of independent communes and worker councils, which have been appearing throughout Kusari. I would say partially because of your efforts.

I write to you to establish a persistent communication channel, and to promote a cooperative relationship that will allow us to achieve our ideal revolution, together.

That being said, the Nouren, under the banner KFC| , is issuing a truce for all agencies under the banner of the Sirius Coalition, until a complete treaty settling our relations is elaborated.

The Union awaits your words with eager anticipation.

Forward unto Victory!!

Hirakawa Fei,
Delegate of Kyushu 2nd Farmer District
Delegate of the General Council, Union of the Kusari Farmer Communes

Privyet Comrades,

We already know who you are thanks to one of our previous members called Hayashi Hikaru and Hayashi Yuki in signing their leave from the Industrial to the Farmer Communes. We support your movement fully as that's what we're thriving for sirius wide and I wish to set up a meeting where we could talk in details. Thus let's keep this channel open for any Communication between you and the Coalition Representatives, as you already mentioned. I am the Chairman of the Ministry of Plenty and am representing the Economical Body of the Coalition, Natasha Romanov. A pleasure meeting you.

Greetings

Hai, the Hayashi siblings and their crew returned to Kusari a few days ago, and were received warmly by our comrades in the Nagano system, who gave them the necessary credentials to relocate to Cape Soya and re-establish themselves among the farmer communitarian networks.

As for a meeting with Coalition officials, the Union is eager to meet them at your earliest convenience. Talks are underway to form a relations committee for such meeting, that will bring the voice of all of the Communes to the table.

Details of the meeting can be finalized once we know an estimated date for the availability of your officials in Kusari space.

Forward unto Victory!!

Delegate of Kyushu 2nd Farmer District

Dear Revolutionary Farmers,

Apologies on the delayed response, the Coalition's communication has caught itself spread thin. As to what Minster Natasha has said is correct. The Coalition is open to all who seek their emancipation from their oppressors, as a Socialist Republic our interest is always in supporting movements throughout Sirius that shift power into the hands of it's people. Your movement as you explained seems would share in agreement with this principal, enough so that we eager to build upon collaboration on it. The Minister may be preoccupied with extensive matters, if she is not available, tomorrow we can meet at any location you find preferable there Hirwak, unfortunately we have a site in Kyushu but under recent attacks we will not allow that to be a place to discuss these matters.

Hope to hear from you soon.

Decision on the Coalition International membership.

Premier Leon Gutierrez, once again thank you for you efforts to meet our delegates, and share our vision of brighter future for all the peoples of Sirius.

Your proposals and requests have been brought home by Delegate Ichinotani Atsumori, and discussed greatly among the Communes. After a week or two for autonomous deliberation, the Union of the Communes has convened this week, and with a large majority it has approved the will for the Nouren to join the Coalition International (COALINTERN) as a member. The Union of Kusari Farmer Communes will take the steps necessary to attain full membership of the organization.

At the same time, we have heeded your advice and concerns about the relationships with the Blood Dragons, and how to conciliate the activities and goals of our three sides with each other. We will send envoys to meet them to discuss common ground soon.

Forward unto Victory!!

Hirakawa Fei,
Delegate of Kyushu 2nd Farmer District
Delegate of the General Council, Union of the Kusari Farmer Communes
