Greetings comrades.

From time to time, we have problems with repair Storm class ships.

Coalition and allied shipyards placed quite far away and the constant movement to them on damaged ships can cause more serious consequences.

And since the use of neutral shipyards, which can accept our repair requests, can lead to information leakage, we are considering the possibility of creating small repair docks that will satisfy our needs.

Among the civilian population, people have already chosen who have expressed a desire to become mechanics and they are already undergoing training.

Unlike the small ships that we can put in the hangar and carry out a complete repair, based on the data which I hope we will receive from you, we will build a convenient repair dock for gunboats.

I hope there is no need to tell you about the value of these ships to protect the interests of the Coalition and our allies in the Omicron sector.

As for the second request, we also need data, but already for building ground observation posts for tracking space objects at medium or long distances.

This will reduce the risks for our ships and protect Rostok from sudden attacks.

We will find the necessary resources for these tasks on our own so as not to harm the Coalition's economy, which is currently experiencing difficulties due to the outbreak of war.

Also, if you have a question about why we need precisely ground-based observation stations, rather than simpler space-based ones, then this is quite simple.

The ground-based surveillance system will help to avoid its destruction and it will be much more difficult to detect, which will allow us to surprise an adversary who will assume that such systems are absent.

We will look forward to a decision on this issue.

Zdravstvuite.

Hm...I don't see a need in Storm's manufacturing documentation for maintenance. Also, I sure our department prepared special manuals for field repairs, they didn't reach your repair crews?
We can develop advanced procedures and guides for you, but we need a list of problems appearing in Storms, dispatched on Rostok during maintenance.

Repair docks for sure great idea, we will start works to prepare an optimal solution for Rostok.

Regarding the ground-based sensors grid, you have full support in this, but we need planet surveillance data to prepare a building plan for you.

Greetings comrade.

Let's start from the simplest problem. We are conducting ground reconnaissance and we already have a map of the nearest territories to our base, however, we cannot make a more detailed and full-fledged map due to the lack of specialists.

It would be nice to get cartographic satellites or something equal to them that would save us from a big waste of resources on a huge expedition around the planet.

With question about gunboat, all more complicated.

Although mostly our patrols avoid battles, sometimes we have to go into battle with a larger enemy, diverting his fire from more vulnerable ships, or to buy time and allow large ships to inflict maximum damage on the enemy while he is distracted by our ships. Armor and shield steadfastly keep damage, showing that our ships are a worthy response to the enemy, but the constant damage that our ships are forced to receive leads to metal fatigue.

We calmly extract both old and new parts from ships who fall in battle and from merchants, replacing modules and armor sheets, but my main message leads to the fact that I want my station and its responsible personnel to independently disassemble the gunboat that is about to die from the scars of the eternal war which we are leading in the name of the workers and the people of Sirius and were able to create a new child who will rightfully call himself one of the best war machines of the Coalition.

I do not need shipyards that will release gunboats every month, I need shipyards that can carry out repairs and assemble a new gunboat without having to send a request to New Moscow and waiting for the opportunity to pick up the ship from the shipyards or is no longer needed outdated version. I want to remind you that there is a huge distance between our station and the Coalition shipyards and I can give many examples when the transport network did not cope.

The freedom of action that was approved by our leadership request me to create invulnerable fortress to save the lives of both the people delegated to me and those who voluntarily joined us.

I can assure you that each scheme and manual are in safe with us.
