To whom it may concern,

I am proud to announce that the SIS has built an orbital installation at Planet Exeter. However, it is still a very young and sensitive project, so the Armed Forces might have to conduct a preventive attack on the newly built Coalition space station in Tangier orbit, called Novgorod Orbital Station. I would like to know whether the Core would be interested to join.

Unfortunately, we cannot dispatch our fleet into Omegas to help you due to our operations in the Omicrons. However, the High Command is willing to spare some capital ships to assist you.
