Rheinland United Republic Modular Bases Registry

The purpose of this database is to offer civilians, corporations, military personnel and government officials to formalize the construction of modular installations within Rheinland space and her surrounding territories. In accordance with Section 6 of the Rheinland Codex of Law, this database will allow prospective and current base owners to request construction of modular stations, as well as platforms for the defense of said structures.

The proper utilization of this database and registry is key to ensuring that steps are not overlooked, and lawful representation of the applicant is made without flaw.

To begin the process of constructing a modular station within Rheinland space, you must first apply for legal authorization here. This process will only account for modular stations prior to their construction, and will not allow for legalization of illegally constructed stations after the fact. If you have made an error, it is the duty of the base owner to restart from the beginning, or to seek council with a member of the United Republic, or any official representative of the Rheinland Republic Defense Council or the Büro des Marinenachrichtendiensts.

The registration fee for construction of any modular station within Rheinland space is 50.000.000 Sirius Credits (S.C.) non-refundable, and must be provided to INSERT ACCOUNT NAME HERE. Failure to provide these funds will result in authorization being withheld until they are provided, or being denied entirely.

§1. Every organization or individual who seeks to construct a station in Rheinland must provide answers to the following criteria to the best of their knowledge:

§1.1. Name of the base
§1.2. Name of the station administrator
§1.3. Affiliation
§1.4. The purpose of the station
§1.5. Existing trade agreements
§1.6. Location of the base

Once construction of the base has been initiated, authorization for docking access must be in compliance with §6.3 of the Rheinland Codex of Laws. Any breach of these laws will result in an investigation into the breach, and may result in revokation of the station owner's license, and subsequent deconstruction of the station in question.
