I wanted to bring it to your attention that Clew Bay has recently come across a ship in the Tau-23, more specifically a "BT485 "l'Ane" Gallic Black Market Transport". We found the thing with a pretty nasty hull breach, I imagine it's what is left of a smuggler caught by Crayter Military. At the risk of any potential legality issues I have seen it best to contact you and notify you of it's existence in order to avoid any messy accidents in space. If there is any sort of database I must register it too or some fees I must pay let me know.
