I am addressing your respected government office for requesting a modular installation construction license. Our corporation origin is planet Honshu but we expanded and earned different employees from all over the Sirius sector.
We studied the Liberty house space set of laws and we can assure you that we will abide by the laws of the Liberty house space to the highest standards. We would like to initiate the construction of our newest installation at the California system, at the orbit of planet Los Angeles between the trade lanes of Los Angeles --> Magellan Jumpgate & the trade lanes of Los Angeles --> Cortez Jumpgate. This is Location (A)
This location will be close to the planet and the trade lanes by less than 5k distance therefore we will not need to request a license for defense arrays. We expect that the location we requested might not be accepted by the government for security or other reasons, so we provided another location as Location (B) if you did not accept the first proposed location. Let us know if you want us to provide any other information please. The application form and the two proposed locations are attached to the bottom of this transmission window.
