My name is Kai Siegfried and I am contacting you on behalf of the BDM logistics and shipping wing, coordinating relief and supply efforts of the Federal Republic of Rheinland.

Given the current rather precarious situation in Rheinland concerning the ongoing Imperial military coup, we seek a direct supply line for goods to maintain our defensive, industrial, and governmental infrastructure. To that end, we would like to negotiate for transit and commercial purchase permits for goods and supplies to and from the Republic of Liberty and the Federal Republic of Rheinland.

I hope that we can both agree that a friendly and democratic Rheinland under our duly elected Federal government is preferable to the hostile and imperialist Rheinland the military coup is seeking to install in her place, and that we can reach a mutually beneficial arrangement to that effect.

Secretary of State Worthington,

It is my privilege to announce that the Rheinland Civil War has effectively drawn to a close. While a new compromise government is currently being negotiated - it is rather unfortunate that much of Rheinland is moving towards a more protectionist industrial stance in compromise for reinstating a more free and democratic form of government.

The Formerly Federalist system of Thuringia will soon be granted special exemptions to a new set of Pro-Rheinland protectionist policies that will undoubtedly prove difficult for future access to markets in Rheinland proper. It is my hope that we can begin to pay back the kindness of your government with a route of access to our markets through the Thuringia Special Economic Zone.

To that end, we would like to re invite Libertonian Corporations to host their Rheinland branches and representatives on Weimar, and in Thuringian Space. Similar, lesser invitations to other extranational houses will likely follow in the coming months after the new government is established.

We recognize that the end of the war and the coming formalization of the new government means the expiry of our trade permissions within Liberty - we would like to negotiate for renewed trade permits for our logistical vessels. Given recent events, we have come to the understanding that over-reliance on outsourcing logistical requirements to outside interests is an unacceptable risk. Naturally, this is something we hope to be able to negotiate for in mutually beneficial terms.

We eagerly await your reply.

Director Kai Siegfried;

Your request has been reviewed and denied. Liberty Government would recommend contacting corporations to handle your logistics. Your organization was, is and will remain an intelligence agency and now that extreme circumstances ended, we can no longer offer your ships the same level of courtesy as before.
