I am contacting you today because I need your Help I had Contacted with a Girl, her name dont matters here but she is a Victim of the Outcasts. she is not Addicted but she was a Slave and they Implanted something inside of her, a Device that inflicts Massive Pain. she told me it was near her Vital Organs on a nerve node. I asked her for the Device and I want to ask you to Examine it. please find out how it works and how it can be Safely Removed, I fear this could be used on more Slaves to Prevent them from escape. the Girl couldn't tell me what exactly the Doctors made that removed it from her, but maybe your Research can tell that, and maybe you can find out what Bastard makes such Cruel things. so I can End his Miserable Live with a Mercenary Fleet, I put you a Picture in the Attachment and will bring it to you as fast as possible. the Girl wished that it should be Destroyed after you are finished, she told me that it almost killed her so I want to grant her that wish.

Hello Caitlyn, thank you for reaching out to me.

Based on what you described I have done some research and consulted a few colleagues. As we have yet to examine your friend we all can only guess that this is a very old (and crude) implant. One which is actually only mentioned in older medical logs. I am amazed that is still being used at all yet this does not help your friend so to that I propose the following.

If your friend is willing and able to visit the Med Force General-B hospital in Omicron Theta I can have her examined while we treat her pain the best way we can. As with all patients she has the final say on any and all treatment and examinations being done yet I believe it's in her best interest to stay with us in Theta.

Now regarding your quest to find out who made devices like this and who is responsible, that is not my job nor would I be willing to undertake such task. I strongly advise you to hire a forensic specialist. Preferably one with a focus on criminal and medical issues.
All I can say is that it will be the task of the medical specialists at General-B to provide your friend with the best possible care as to have the implant analysed and where possibly, removed. Again, it is the decision of your friend and your friend alone what she wants to do regarding treatment and removal of the device. I can advise you to be there for your friend. If need be I can arrange a room for you at General-B.

I think you understand me wrong, the Device is already out of the Girls Body. as she told me it was Removed by a Surgical Team, I dont know where or when but as far as I know the Girl is Fine. Doc Conners have Checked her up and all was ok, he didn't tell me more "Doctors Secret" he told me. I am fine with that, i will tell the Girl taht she can come by and you will help her but she i as bit Shy and have problems to Trust others. the Device is now in my Safe Jill and all I ask you is to analyze it so that we maybe find a way to help others. Connors had no idea how they Removed it without Killing the Girl, we know nothing about that thing and i dont like to play in the Dark. so all I ask you is to analyze it, I will bring it to you at General B and maybe you or someone else have seen such a thing before and can give me a Hint. that's all I ask you for Jill. and dont worry i make a big donation as a thank you, so you can do what you can best and help others.

Hello Caitlyn,

Good to hear that the device has been removed and your friend is doing well and that she has Dr. Conners to provide her the care she needs.

Please bring the device to me at General-B in Theta and should time be not an issue we can even have the exchange during the conference at the end of this month. In the meantime I'll contact some people whom I know that can help with the thorough analysis of the device. If all goes well, we can have it transferred to the MFE research facility which may be moved to Theta sometime this month. This facility, currently in Sigma-19, is specialised in research and development and has better equipment to investigate the device and possibly, it's origin.

Your friend is welcome to drop by in Theta for a neural- and bioscan should she wish to do so. We can scan for residual damage the implant may have caused and provide a treatment plan accordingly. Like always, the healthcare provided is free of charge.
