OS&C Boasts Views Close to the Action

LUXURY LINER HAWAII - During the recent conflict in Sigma 17, many organizations offered travel advisories and warned travelers. Police from both Kusari and Rheinland went out of their way to warn travelers journeying into the Sigmas, But Orbital Spa and Cruise has framed it as a marketing opportunity, apparently seeing war enthusiasts and thrill seekers as one of its core demographics for tours of the Sigmas. However we also feel obligated to keep you up to date on what is happening in the area and the conflict has started to show some results. We regret to inform you that Atka Research station was assaulted by the Outcasts and suffered some damage as a result. Fortunately for them, the Corsairs chased off their Outcast rivals in defense of the station, preventing worse damage from occurring. While we have been reassured no casualties occurred on the station, some injuries have been reported.

But rest assured honored guests, your Cryer stocks are still maintaining their value! Cryer Pharmaceuticals has utilized the chaos of the crossfire to secure a backup facility on Planet Honshu to safeguard their Stabiline research.

However, the repercussions of the fighting don’t stop there. The Gas Miners Guild has warned us that due to the increased threat of Corsair raids and the Outcast forces seemingly coming to the Sigma-19 the Guild will not be able to make all their usual supply deliveries.

The Corsairs definitely seem to be tightening their hold on the Sigma-17 system wouldn’t you say ladies and gentlemen!

Another possible reason for the decrease in Guild supplies might be the entrance of a new group in the area; The Golden Chrysanthemums. This organization has been deemed a terrorist group by the Kusari government, it consists of only women. While many of their motives are unknown, they are strong advocates of women's rights and are supposedly in league with the Outcasts.

Who knows? We may even see one or two of them onboard, giving you the one in a lifetime chance to meet with a pilot of such an exotic group in safe circumstances.

This also means that traveling through the system, and away from our comfortable liner, is particularly dangerous at the moment.
