It has come to my attention that your base has seen a lot more action than you are used to in recent weeks, with the bunch of morally illiterate criminals that call themselves Insurgency creeping around the ice fields and then going back to whatever dumpholes they come from. I've heard of skirmishes happening frequently near Curacao and I must imagine some other threats might be lurking in the corners of the system. Even found some sort of tech-thing flying to Cortez from California.

I've spoken to some of your representatives before to arrange for fixin an error with your ID gauge that was making your automated defenses hostile to us, but after this I asked my Admiralty about the possibility of a more serious and closer partnership. They greenlit my idea and here I am. We are offering you the protection and cooperation of the 46th.

Specifically,
1, We will bring ships of all sizes to ensure peace is the norm in the system;
2, We will share with you recon data that involves your area, so you can feel extra safe while conduct your business;
3, You will also be allowed to request our Admiralty or myself to develop and execute ARMOUR-CLASS military escort operations within Liberty Space, depending on who's on duty at the time;
4, We can, upon request, muster our armoured transports team to deliver your station goods you might need for an specific task.

All we ask in reurn are three things:
1, that the rights to dock/moor in 14Bis be granted to all 46th| - don't worry, we do a lot of vetting on our recruits;
2, that you share any information you feel might help the cause of peace in the system;
3, that, if possible, you make sure your base has nanobots and batteries stocked.

With the copperation we plan to set up with you, trade and the other foundations of democracy will be kept safe while we provide security to lawful citzens and companies in the system...
