Greetings, Comrades from the Order Overwatch

We have run into an aggressive Outcast Cartel, that wants to assault our remote colony in the Omicron Chi system - Rostok Research Facility. We are aware that our Main fleets cannot arrive in time to reinforce our dispatched garrison on the station.

We want to ask The Order Overwatch's assistance in the logistical operation and cooperation with the VI logistic corps and the military assistance. If possible, we want to dispatch mutual Rapid response squads, consist of both Sirius Coalition and The Order strike forces. In Addition, we would like to establish a small base for a Sirius Coalition strike forces in Omicron region.

Until now we have sent CPW Karl Marx, en route to Omicron Chi, but now we are asking for both logistic and military assistance to our mutual ally against the mutual enemy.

Good morning, Coalition. Commodore Storgen from the Order Overwatch on line.

We have received a distress message from Volgograd Industrial about their concerns. Omicron Chi is directly connected to the Omicron Beta, so there is no surprise for us outcasts can find an interest in Rostok. But your installation is in Lisbon's area of influence, so we anyway won't let 'em swing their guns anywhere they want.

As I explained to Miss Lonergan, minister of plenty, we already dispatched battleship Nekhbet and several wings to reinforce our garrison at Lisbon Starbase. We also can assemble a united operational command HQ during the Rostok defence. Persons, responsible for operation success or failure:

Commodore William Storgen;
Major Eliza Fischer - strike wing command.

We have several free logistic transports to support Volgograd Industrial and plenty of supplies on Akabat, so Rostok's support won't be interrupted while our wings are busy.
