This is Chief Technician Miriam Sanders reporting from Norfolk Shipyard. Recently I have been assigned on behalf of Steven Howard's personal Defiant-class gunboat, the Prime_Number, to commence the retrofit process under the authorization of the newly-promoted Commodore Christopher Edwards of the Fifth Fleet.

Yesterday we commenced the process of upgrading the ship's main systems, which was finished just before we began recording our log. Commodore Edwards of the Osiris-class LNS Akhetaten supervised our entire operation. Unsurprisingly, by the time we started to remove the old powercore which ran at 90% efficiency, an Outcast ship with the callsign -|-"Silencer" appeared, which prompted an emergency meeting at the Main Hall of Norfolk Shipyard. Eventually we decided to prioritze our operation and sent in most of the technicians to complete it.

Thankfully the Silencer was disabled by police forces and with the help of the LNS Paramount's captain and our technicians, we were able to successfully complete the operation in just two hours.

I am sending you this communication to let us know we have finished refitting Steven Howard's gunboat. The log below has been edited to only reflect relevant information, along with footage.

Howdy,

The admiralty has confirmed the installation of the new powerplant to the gunship in question, and the finalized paperwork will be catalogued and submitted to the Naval Archive and Primary Government Databases later in the day. If there are no further concerns, you may finalize whatever documentation remains in regards to Norfolk's supply stocks.
