PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING
Primarily The Red Nineteenth are made up of liberated peoples from an Oprichina raid. These raids typically target vulnerable passenger convoys which are carefully disabled and boarded. The people are then transported back to Coalition space where they are then inducted into the project for several years until completion. The project aims to integrate the liberated people into the Coalition while adopting the correct virtues of a Red Nation Citizen.
Secondly The Red Nineteenth have a number of Coalition personnel who either predate the project's inception or have been brought into the project to fill the roles and demands of it. These members still undergo a form of reorientation when they join the project, but not to the extent of the liberated citizens.
