Firstly, I should introduce myself as the Commodore Ingrid Harvey of the 5th fleet, specialized in combat tactics, training schedules, simulators and of course in the engineering branch of our vessels, focusing on fighter classes.
Secondly, I feel sorry for the delays and the lack of professionalism from our part in this communication, Commodore Luke Briggs is handling some sort of issuses that's causing this kind of distorsions in the coms, so I will gladly take over the subject and discuss about the terms and polytics about the procedure, that, in advance, we're highly interested in.
Entering in the subject with the most boring part of it, there is some paperwork to be done in regards of your workers giving us the hang of flying, mantaining, repairing or even cleaning the Zephyr class, paperwork such as actually employing your crew for some weeks, even months as a crucial part of the understanding and familiarizing with your vessel, who we will gladly accomodate into our instalations and will recive a charming payment for the labour. We will sign a confidentiality report about this operation, of course and the Liberty Government will be announced. As a "swap" operation , we're sending you the same ammount of hands capable of showing and giving the methods in flying the class and so on. We're obviously expecting they're reciving the same kind of treatment.
There is, but, a tiny gasp inbetween this medium term operation, we're, so to say it, short in capital vessels. I'd have to move mountains to reach to one and of course convince the High Command. I've got the certainty that It won't take for too long that we've got this handled internally. This is why I am giving you another idea to strenght ties inbetween our fleets on the mean time and make this operation more do-able. Let's start by swapping very heavy fighter-class vessels. With the agility of your vessels and the strenght of ours we will, both parts be pleased on the matter, and of course, the swapping procedure and paperwork will be done at speedlight since it's much easier to handle.
I personally hope this is the beginning of a pleasant and charming connection between our fleet.
