Bonjour, Chantal Proulx here. I have some disturbing news for my friends. Our patrols have picked up increased Navy activity within Languedoc. Some of you already know that we have been working on a project recently, a modular base called Martinique. Unfortunately I think it may be in danger. If the reports are true and the navy is coming for our heads, it's in our interests to relocate. I'm calling to any of our friends that is willing to help with this task. The base was made with relocation in mind, so we simply have to detach the larger parts and tow it. I'm unsure how the safety of Narbonne was compromised, but that's a worry for later. We only need to relocate within Languedoc, and we have the lifters necessary. What we need from you are escorts and cargo transports to help with the parts needed to reassemble it. This new location will be more secure than where it is now, so I will not need to ask this kind of favor again.
If you choose to help, your efforts will be rewarded.

Pierce,
We haven't spoken to the Rogues in a long time, glad to see you're still willing to hear us out. Narbonne is the best place to bring goods at the moment. Even if you don't hang around for the move, our pilots can ferry them to the new location. I'll send a few Mistral pilots towards Liberty who can show you the way, there are multiple ways into Gallia now that the minefields are gone. The help is appreciated.

Boucher,
Asking to be co-owners is a pretty heavy request since we've dumped so many resources into this base. But if you prove to be as dedicated as we are, we'll let you in on the leader's table. Right now we're working with the Junkers in Sirius for bringing in salvaged military ships. We're taking notes on anything that's brought in and we can share them with you. We can still spare ships for the Orkney offensive, though they will be in Mistrals and Cuirassiers instead of bombers. Welcome to the team.

Pierce,
Your help was invaluable, we put the robots to work and they made things go much more smoothly. You're welcome here any time you want. Nox, salvage, hypo bands, booze, whatever you want you'll find. Any time you're in the area give me a call and I'll personally see to it that everything is ready for you.

Boucher,
A sense of humor? What a relief. Everything is ready to go on our end. We "found" a few ships to do most of the heavy lifting, but more freighters will take us out of flown space faster. The new area is clear, the base is detached, all we need now are ships. Whenever you're ready we move.
And the Junkers? They might stick around after we move. They were here before, but with current events I asked for them to take off for a bit. I hear they can salvage almost anything, if you ask nicely I'm sure they can supply what you need. Especially with all those Valors and Redemptions sitting around. Monsieur Tiltman is the one you want.
Let's get this done.

Boucher,
Now that the royals are reeling from your surprise in Orkney, we need to move on to the next project. We have the heavies needed to move Martinique and it's currently in pieces ready to go. It may be a trial getting the base back into one piece, but as long as our ships make it to the new spot we should be able to handle it eventually. Most importantly we will need escorts to make sure the pieces get to where they need safely. I think we would have a window with the chaos in Orkney, but having all hands on deck will make us feel more secure. Fighters, to move mostly undetected. If anything catches us, we just need to distract them long enough for the lifters to sneak through.
