To introduce myself shortly: I am Mister Iisakki Heikkinen, Chairman of the Sampo Foundation - subsidiary corporate of the Sisu Jaegers.

I will represent the Sisu Jaegers and speak with the words our Johtajaa (Main Director of Sisu) forwarded to me.

As we are already a satisfied customer of Bounty Hunter Equipment and Vessels AP Manufacturing offers, we would like to inquire for something... greater.
In future our organization plans to step their feet into more dangerous deep space areas and for this larger escort vessels, warships and mobile headquarters would be needed. The capital sized vessels AP Manufacturing offers, would fit well for the rough and hazardous environment the Omega Border Worlds are.

For this we would like to reach out to you and offer deals, we offer our logtistics and mercenary services and are open for other inquiries and we would like for that plan to purchase vessels. Also a project to build an own large shipyard installation would be of interest for us.

The Sisu Jaegers are relatively young and don't want to rush things, still we would like to talk about the future... obviousely our plans in the Omegas might sound conflicting with your plans or these from the Core, but we wish no conflict, but reach more out as potential partners, with interest of buying your products, maybe with cooperation Sisu could take care of plans in the Omegas while the Core could concentrate fully on the Omicrons? But for now we only would like to establish business relations.

I hope we can find a diplomatic way to handle this and talk business.

Indeed you probably haven't heard much of us. Usually our organization offers and performs their services around the other colonies, so far we haven't set our feet into deep space.

We are autonomous Bounty Hunters, affiliated with them with some partnerships, but Sisu administates themselfes on their own. Our plans in the Omega Border Worlds would be to establish an area, where we could form eventually a small self sufficient state, but for now a larger shipyard installation working as a HQ for the Omegas would be enough. We would like to inquire about cooperation with APM for this and also for the Core.

Our Johtajaa came up with an idea. We could send an expedition fleet to the Omicrons to help you out there with Core's ambitions. They also could operate around the Omegas. Aren't there any free ships not even some of the "Thresher"-class Destroyers? We would arrange to organize said expedition fleet to assist your organization and to train our first capital ship personell.

Our Sampo Foundation could also assist you with any logistics and engineering projects. We would dispatch some ships. We wish to find our own space in the Omegas to establish a state yes, but wish no conflict. We also want to focus on securing local corporates performing their mining and logistics operations, protecting the trade lanes, containing unlawful forces around, offering our mercenary services aswell as others. Those would be our plans. Again we hope this can be solved diplomatically in peace, we wish no conflict.

We will have the patience and understand your situation, still we wish these talks to be the first steps in establishing business relations for the future, no matter the time it will need.

We reviewed the given terms of the contract and forwarded it to the head command chain. We greatly announce we can agree on these terms and will dispatch a Lentolaivue (Squadron) to the Omicrons, aswell as logistics vessels to work on the delivieries, we can already pay the fee of a hundred million, proof of payment will be visible in the attached files.

The Juutilainen Expedition Fleet will be formed and dispatched to nearby Core installations and will support them and take over the ordered AP-430 hulls. Our Eversti (Colonel) Miss Eliisabet Koskela will administrate and command the Exp. Fleet.

Else we will report any progress of the deliveries in these communications here and will provide visual proof of course.

Hereby the Sisu Jaegers will accept to the given terms APM demands for the contract

1. Ownership of Two(2) AP-430 hulls will be transfered from The Core/APM to Sisu Jaegers, The Core/APM reservers right to take both vessels back should Sisu Jaegers violate any of these terms.
2. Both AP-430 vessels can be used in Omegas and Omicrons only.
3. Both AP-430 vessels will have to go through routine check up twice a year.
4. Both AP-430 won't be dismantled, given, sold or researched by Sisu or any other party.

We can gladly report that our logistics vessels from the Sampo Foundation delivered the needed ressources and assets for the contract in time. Visual proofs are in the attached files below.

The Sisu Naval Forces would dispatch then the Juutilainen Expediton Fleet in the following days, to the nearby Core Installations.

The first vessels carrying supplies and crew personell have arrived at Alabama Shipyard and our crew personell inspects the vessels taking over control, thanks for your efforts and offering this chance.

With this we think the Juutilainen Expedition Fleet is soon fully ready to go on their first strolls to assist The Core forces in the Omicrons and Omegas for the time being and hope to establish good relations. For this however we need some more extensive planning and ways to bring our organization under a roof. I bring some more inquiries:

1. We would definitely like extensive training for our crews for the two "Thresher"-vessels.

2. An aquisiton of a mobile HQ, we think a "Bustard"-class civilian carrier would be best for this, to carry our staff and fighter squadrons. We will contact maybe civilian corporates in the houses all around Sirius if they offer one.

3. Alternatively or also we would like to buy locally produced equipment and train Marine Forces, maybe on Nauru we can set up a Sisu HQ? For this we would like to hire Marines, aquire Military Vehicles and are interested in side arms and soldier equipment, the APM Advanced Hardware looks interesting, if you allow us to buy them.

4. We will need to train combat medics and search and rescue teams for this wild harsh environment, but mayhaps we already know of another organization to help with this to contact.

We know some of these inquiries are best brought forward directly to the representatives of The Core, however, mayhaps you can help too? The point of the Juutilainen Exp. Fleet is to setup our first steps of a self sufficient capable paramilitary arm for the Omegas, so these are reasonable and important inquiries for us. Apologies to cause a little confusion, let me set things straight.

The point of the Juutilainen Expedition Fleet shall be that we look for a cooperation project with The Core to fly with them in both Omicrons and Omegas. We are only interested temporarily in the Omicrons to help out the ambitions of The Core fighting their enemies and won't lay any claims there, with this we hope to achieve better relations for the future and that our crew personell would get combat experience, learning from others.

Our Johtajaa already contacted MFE for the matters of the Combat Medics and we will use our own Marines we hired somewhere else, we merely search for a temporarily HQ somewhere to bring our personell and ships under. For this we thought of renting some space on either Nauru or Alabama, Sisu will obviousely come up for all the costs. To be able to fly around the Omicrons and Omegas we are in need of some stations to get shelter obviousely.

If this is not to your liking we would like to inquire if we can setup a base only in Omega-55 for now. We thought helping The Core out for some time being might be beneficial for the both of us, we need some place to call home for our crew and the capital vessels I hope you understand. We lay no claim or want to take over anything, Sisu only wants to rent some place to bring our ships under.

We are however interested in buying more equipment from APM to supply our personell.
