My time in Bretonia has been a rather fruitful one. The Police Authority here has granted me a license to fly my vessel within their space, and during my travels I discovered your installation within the Cambridge system. My hands are full with exploring and mapping the galaxy, and as far as I know from seeing the traffic to and from your station in Cambridge, NSE can be contracted to do outbound deliveries to other sites outside of Bretonia. Unless I have been misinformed? At this point in time, there's a base that has been constructed within the Kepler system that is in need of some resources. This base's transponder will be shown as "Starflier Base". My installation. Located next to the Ames Research site.

My station's purpose is to house my ship's databanks onto it's own servers. Since the data is sensitive, I'd like all holes patched and any input / output ports on the hull to be removed. I'll decide who get's granted access to my servers via a secure channel, not by whoever is able to hack into the hull of my base. So you can see why I've come to you, so we may have some form of agreement and to have a swift delivery of everything I'll need.

What I have in mind is a two-stage delivery. A list of resources will be attached below, I'll need those delivered first, then once that is done, a secondary list will be provided. Right now, there isn't any sort of bank established on my station, however I can pay upfront or after the job is done. I'll leave the logistical work with prices up to you, since I'm not knowledgeable on these sort of trades. If you prefer to be paid after both stages, or in between, it does not bother me. I am super flexible.

In the beginning i would like to represent myself to you, My name is Hina 陽菜 Nakamura. Foreign Logistics Manager of Nebula Shipping Express located at the Orbit of Planet Cambridge, the Cambridge system. It is great to see your registry files and your vessel's shiny equipment, but we need some information so we can deliver to you our quotation and budget required for this contract.

First of all, We would like to know your name sir, and who do you represent. We find that NX-01 is quite strange for a pilot's name. We need to know the IFF of the installation. We also would like to know if your installation's location is requiring any kind of government license from any of the Liberty or the Kusari house spaces governments.

We required this information so our risk assessment team can give an accurate report on which we will base our budget and quotation upon. We are aware that your installation is located at a buffer space, but it's very important for us to know if our pilots will be in danger to supply your installation or not, and if there is a danger percentage then, who would cause us trouble there so we can be prepared with the right escort groups.

Where are my manners? I apologize for not introducing myself. Allow me to start again...

Hail, Hina Nakamura. The name's Leon. I command the Bustard known as NX-01. I'm a freelancer who flies around, map systems and scan for rifts that can be used as jumpdrive points. Starflier Base has undergone some repairs thus far, one of the items that has been fixed up is the IFF of the base, which is currently set to Freelancer. I'm sure that will give you no trouble. In any event, the docking points will be set to accept your convoy's transponder signals to prevent any rejections in docking requests. After browsing Kusari's and Liberty's laws, I've found that they have amended their laws influence and reach. It seems now that it only applies to sovereign space, and any independent worlds between these two Houses are now... well... independent.

When it comes to risk assessment, I should let you know that Kepler has a natural phenomenon called a Dark Matter Storm present. This storm prevents very long travels within the system and hull degradation is very apparent. Due to the Lightening Storms and Heavy Radiation, I'd suggest swiftly moving through the Trade Lanes to prevent critical damage to your vessels. This is the biggest threat to you.

We have no problem delivering the requested materials as soon as possible. We do not know which price would suit you so please give us a price that suits you and we will not complain about it.
