You may have heard I've recently ventured into the gambling industry. Only problem is, I haven't got a flashy ship to serve as the mobile orbiting Casino, And the current Train hull being used is somewhat inadequate. The crew of the ship are complaining, and customers aren't very awed by the transport's decor...
And I remember from chatting to a few Hogosha transport pilots at Liner Hawaii, that you have a new ship being rolled out of the ship line, some luxury Kusari transport, called a 'Geisha' which would serve nicely as a Casino ship.
I'd be much obliged if you would sell one of these ships for me, and if you have any personnel who want to work on the ship as crew, they're welcome to come aboard, and I'll see to it they're paid and treated handsomely.

Konnichiwa, Asno Muleo was it? I am Hakatoa Yamota, so pleased to speak to you. As you know, business with the corsairs has always been a priority to our syndicate. Already, with our continued dealings I feel as though we are old friends. Now Ive been speaking with a friend of mine, and he has said many things about you. Im sure he may say many things about me as well- that Im a murderer and a cheat. But what he fails to say is that he is a terrible poker player, and a lying businessman. No doubt, one who may end up at your very tables- if he were still alive to play. I tell this to you, to show that not all things can be mended with a sunny disposition; broken promises for example. To our honest dealings *sounds of drinking*. With our new business we have continually dealt face to face and it has been proving to be a most excellent decision. A decision that I hope we will continue to share for many years to come.
Onto the business at hand- I see you wish for us to acquire such a vessel for your booming enterprise. No doubt you, a corsair of considerable influence, may have spent some time in our casinos and seen such a display of beauty. But you need to understand, these casinos are open only to our most special of acquaintances. Youre given a rare honor most foreigners do not receive. You see- foreigners arrive, and what do they do? They depart. We have survived for hundreds of years. Foreigners do not understand the true meaning of heritage. They dont understand that our traditions have remained here since the beginning centuries. So when they take our ships, especially one as symbolic of as the Geisha, and build a casino, you could understand our sensitivity.
However this does not mean that business will be denied. No, it merely points out the responsibility of owning such a vessel. You may think the Geisha is mere flash, and d?cor. It is much more to us. The ship represents our standing heritage, and is a beacon of tradition. A responsibility that is not entrusted easily. If you truly feel you can bear this responsibility, then we will do business. However, not without some form of insurance.
You see, these very traditions, and heritage are under constant influence. An influence that is not so easily expunged through sunny disposition. We have long been reliant on your weapons to stem the outcasts threats in the Kusari region. What we ask is that you lend us a vessel to deal not only with the ever growing outcast threat, but to maintain our influence in Kusari. We ask of course to in turn be able to use an M42 "Imperator" Class Corsair Gunboat. Our organization currently does not implore the use of your vessels- as we do not wish to impede your war efforts outside of Kusari. However, feeling that the geisha being such a rare commodity and a symbol of trust we would seek a ship of equivalent value. No doubt each ship bears a responsibility in its use, and I no doubt have outlined the importance of maintaining ones promises.
As to the issue of personnel, the Hogosha will gladly spare a few men to oversee the operation and use of the ship. I have no doubt that their skills will prove useful in the operation and maintenance of the vessel. Our syndicate will be in constant contact should things go awry, although I doubt the ship will be causing trouble. One cannot be too sure how the vessel will operate in the border worlds, and should the vessel be causing problems then we would like to know. Remember that a certain level of respectability should be maintained in the vessel.

Apologies for the delay, there have been certain organizational complications at home that have delayed me from responding sooner.
Your terms are more than reasonable, and I wholeheartedly agree. I've arranged for an Imperator gunboat for you at Tripoli shipyard, waiting for your men to take command of it. Ask for Juan Lopez at the bar, and he'll show your men to the docking bay. I'm sure it will serve you well.
