Is this.. wor-.. working..? I.. hope it is..

I finally took the d-.. decision to start.. doing this. Sure feels odd to be talking to m-.. myself like that, but I guess Karin was right.. I wish I had listened to her and started this before, it'd probably help not fo-.. forgetting.. so many things..

Anyway.. Should've d-.. done this yesterday night, but I was too tired.. I can't remember e-.. ev-.. everything that happened, but I'll do my be..st.

Yesterday I spent a w-.. while looking for As..ai. I did a few trips around Kusari and he was nowhere to be seen so I assumed he'd be be-... be-.. busy and I thought I'd go to-.. towards Liberty. I saw a lot of Chrysanthemums on my way, some of them even.. talked to me. It was... fun.. I even g-... go-.. got to witness one of their members pirating some-.. one for the first time..! After a while I decided to continue towards Colorado and then... I saw the tradelane leading to.. Kepler.. the closed jump-gate. I thought I'd take that tradelane just in.. case.. and the gate was open..!

I quickly passed through it and I saw Kepler.. it was.. a m-.. a mess.. I headed for Ames to catch a breather before I'd go south towards Colo-.. rado.. And.. there were people there!! There was.. .. .. .. A xeno..! And.. an IMG craft named.. Arrakis..?. I greeted both of them and we stood there talking for a wh-.. while..! It was very fun! Later on.. Asai showed up..! And.. the same transport that was pirated by the Chry..santhemums back in Shikoku too.. It was.. a Planetform transport.

Both the Xeno and the.. And Asai didn't like it's presence there.. But Asai remained mo-.. mostly silent, respectful.. as he always is. The Xeno though kept talking with the Captain of the transport.. constantly insulting him and his wife and speaking about political subjects that I.. don't know of..

After.. a lot of minutes.. the IMG craft opened a direct tran-.. transmission channel with me! We.. chatted for a while and.. her name was Iris..! It was a very unique name and I liked it! I told Iris I'd love to escort her out in the Omicrons if she ever ha-.. had a job out there.. And that the Blank Dream would al-..ways be at her servi-..ce! After she's.. fully repaired!

Mishiro sighed deeply.

I was contacted by Livadia.. They told me.. She's a lot more damaged than what we initially tho-.. thought.. I received the damage rep-..ort later.. it's.. pretty bad. She'll take a lot longer to be completed..

Anyway.. A Rogue baka was also at Ames.. claiming that Ames was her territory and other.. stuff.. I didn't pay attention to her too much.. No point to.. I also remember a person going by.. Cherry..? Coming along.. She sounded very.. young, could be even younger than me.. I liked her! I hope I c-.. can.. get to know her bit-.. bi-.. better!

One of the last people that arrived was.. S-.. Sara.. Drake.. She.. We.. We spent a lot of time together.. I-.. I gave her sedatives that I had on board.. Her head was hurting, I.. I need to buy more sedatives.. They won't last me the mo-.. month.

After meeting with Sara I-.. We.. She asked if she can come wi-.. with me to Kusari! I.. I said yes and we begun our journey north.. towards.. back to Shikoku! We then spent.. a lot of hours around Kusari.. Sara had never been there before! I-.. I-.. sho-... showed her around many places and many beautiful views that Asai had shown me.. She.. loved it!

I was very tired.. I don't-.. remember much.. I left her out at Planet New Tokyo.. I hope she.. slept well.. I left for Yokohama, it's.. cheaper to stay the night there.. Sara.. .. .. ..She had a dream! She wanted to be in command of.. an Aquilon..! I said I'd help her.. I-.. I-.. I promise I'll help her.

H-.. Hey.. I.. I missed yesterday because I forgot to.. record everything.. D-.. Damnit... Karin.. would not be happy if she knew that I skip days off my adventures and don't log them.. Well I.. I guess we go straight to today.. I-.. It was an interesting day. I spent most of my day with Iris and Cherry, but Asai and Sara ended up coming around too! I was mostly sitting at.. Kepler. I remember there was this.. LNS tagged ship.. It was.. arguing with an Order operative and a Corse.. Apparently the LNS was an.. infectee..

The.. 'thing' flied a gunboat.. The Order operative and.. Asai engaged it but they couldn't.. handle it. I left Ames and headed back to New Tokyo to grab my Conference and I got back there.. I.. attacked the Nomad sympathizer and it ended well for.. everyone. We managed to take it down and we suffered.. no casualties. The rest of the day was.. silent, aside f-.. from.. S-.. some Enm.. E-.. Enma Loyo-la.. Sh-.. She showed up and.. insulted me an-.. And Ch-.. Cherry multiple times about th-.. The way we.. speak.. She didn't.. like our.. stut- stuttering. She was rude and didn't s-.. seem like a good person but I t-.. told Cherry to igno-.. ignore her.. Eventually I ended up docking.. and Ch-.. Cherry left for Cleveland.

Iris had docked a few minutes.. or hours.. earlier.. She told me she'd be back and we could take a trip to Cor.. Cortez so I could m-.. meet her bosses! A-.. After I.. undocked again Ch-.. Cherry was there on a b-.. brand new ship! She h-.. had a gunboat! A v-.. very pretty one, ev-.. even! The n-.. next hours were.. uneventful. Iris ended up undocking again after.. a while and Asai came around again. We were.. chatting for a while and.. and then we decided we'd go up north and I'd show the g-.. girls around Ku-.. Kusari!! Asai unfortunately had to leave.. at Shikoku to.. report about his patrol.. But me, Cherry an-.. and-.. .. .. .. and Iris..! continued! I took them to the same pretty spots I took S-.. Sara and we also went to that comet at.. Shikoku which.. I forgot to s-..show Sara! I.. need to remember to sho-.. show her! T-.. Then we went to Hokkaido and we.. I-.. Sara f-.. found us! She came around and we.. hanged out together.. I showed them around New Tokyo and then we went to my birthplace.. Honshu..

I didn't.. go close to the p-.pla-.. planet.. because I didn't want to.. and then I.. broke down while talking to them about my past life and about.. K-.. Karin again.. I-.. I had spoken of this subject a-.. again today.. But Sara-.. She wasn't there to hear-.. it.. I thought it-.. it was only right if she knew t-.. too. I.. apologized for breaking down like this and.. .. .. .. .. I miss Karin.. I.. I wish I could turn back time.. I wish I could see.. her again.. I-.. W-.. We moved on after a while and.. we managed to con-.. conv-.. convince..! Cherry to come with us to Planet New Tokyo to vi-.. visit the same cottages we stayed at yesterday.. wi- with S-.. Sara.. .. .. .. .. Yest- .. .. .. Yester-.. day..? I.. I-.. It seems.. I didn't skip a day after.. all.. But.. I thought it was..

.. .. ..We.. decided to stay at the same cottages and show Ch-.. Cherry and.. And-.. .. .. .. .. Kari-.. .. .. A-..n-..d.. Iris the.. customs that they have here at.. Kusari.. I hope the two of them.. enjoy-.. .. enjoy their stay here..

I need to.. send a transmission.. to Ga-.. Gala-.. .. .. Agent Galahad.. about.. the Infected LNS gunboat... I must.. do that now.. or I'll.. forget it... ... ... ... I-.. I miss you.. Karin..

I g-guess it was a good idea t-t-to start keeping logs of w-what-whatever happened d-daily... I f-found these on m-m-my gunboat's drives and l-listened to them... It s-s-seems Karin was s-someone very im-important to me... S-Sara was also r-r-right, we d-did hang out a lot tog-together... I r-r-remember our trips to-together m-much better now, I r-r-remember hanging out in K-Kepler a lot and I also r-r-remember making Ch-Cherry angry by n-n-not taking her with us on our t-trip to the Omicrons.

I s-should return to k-k-keeping this updated with a-anything I do in a d-daily b-b-basis. F-for now I g-gotta go, I n-need to send a t-transmission to Ch-Cherry and t-to Sara.

A clicking sound is heard, followed by a different voice, possibly a pre-recorded message.

"The Aquilon-class Zoner Capital Vessel Blank Dream, along with it's CO, Captain Mishiro Usui, and it's crew went missing yesterday at 0800 hours, last seen on their departure from Livadia Shipyard. The circumstances that lead to the carrier's disappearance are unknown, but it is speculated that the incident is connected to a recent operation the carrier was involved in. Further information is unknown."

The recording ends, Mishiro sighs.

T-That's f-from the n-news art-article that c-came out on l-late Oct-October.. 28th.. A-An operation w-was pl-planned inv-involving a raid i-into O-Omicron Major.. The Blank Dream w-was one of the f-first ships to t-take part in the op-operation.

I-... It was a failure. The A-Aquilon got di-disabled and a-almost blown up en-enti-entirely... We suffered h-heavy casualties and bar-barely managed to b-be towed b-back home. A-Any info-information reg-regarding the in-incident was im-immediately classified... As I was t-t-told a-after I woke up i-in a medbay...

A-After st-studying the d-damage on the A-Aquilon t-they told me my su-survival was a m-miracle as t-the bridge got h-hit di-directly. I... I didn't rem-... I don't remember what ha-happened... I c-couldn't remember...

Mishiro pauses for a few seconds.

The A-Aquilon re-received a total r-refit. S-She is now kn-known as t-the Hope's Bastion...
