To the esteemed officials of the Liberty Government,

As you are well aware the 46th Strike Force have recently renamed to the 46th Fleet, due to our increasing addition of multiple divisions which includes a quick response Strike Force.
Our operatives are regularly patrolling and doing their best to keep Liberty safe and to serve the Liberty Government to the best of their abilities. Our Operative numbers grows day by day and we have been welcoming a lot of new recruits from West Point military Academy and our training programs have been adjusted to make sure our new and existing operatives perform to the highest quality, and if needed there are disciplinary procedures in place for operatives who step out of line.

we now have an extensive Fleet and we are promoting operatives into Officers as soon as they reach an acceptable level.

I am communicating to yourselves today to request the possibility of adding a foreign Military vessel to our Fleet, and making it a permanent fixture as a Faction ship and only allowing high ranking officers to command this vessel, and every officer has been with us for a long time and is capable of commanding the vessel.
The vessel in question is a Deimos Heavy Dreadnought and I have already contacted Crayter Military Personnel to establish whether they are prepared to supply us with this vessel, and I am glad to say that they have agreed to do so.

This vessel will work alongside our Fleet Flagship the 46th|LNS-Argonaute Liberty assault Carrier as much as possible and also will be used to bolster our Heavy Battleships if needed.
We have also negotiated the possible transporting of the supplies needed for the Deimos with our ARMOUR Bison Division who will be under escort when transporting the materials.

I would like to stress that if this request is acceptable to you, we would like to in the future maybe purchase two more of these vessels and create a formidable force of Heavy Battleships that will make our enemies think twice about coming to Liberty.

Esteemed Government officials, please consider this carefully and, make a decision based on how this vessel could be used to its best ability.Crayter have also offered to supply certain crew members to this vessel because of the highly sophisticated weapons and propulsion systems, which will enable our operatives to be trained very highly on systems that are not classified as top secret.
It is obvious that Crayter Military will not divulge every single statistic about their technology and this is why they are supplying certain crew members.

Dear Secretary of Defense,

Purchasing this Deimos, is maybe a great scenario to show a bit of cooperation and coordination towards the Crayter Republic.

Purchasing this vessel will mean we can establish greater ties with the Crayterians and also be able to offer aid to them if we are needed, and that also stands with the Primary Fleets aswell and if Libertry can stand alongside Crayter, then it will be a marvellous opportunity for all concerned.

Also we are establishing this vessel as a pilot test, and this may provide the other Primary Fleets with data regarding the performance of the said vessel and if needed they can be equipped with the same vessels, should they so wish.

As a Fleet the 46th are always open to purchasing Foreign agency technology from allies as already established with Bretonia, as one of our operatives has a Bretonian Bomber, which has proved to be highly effective and the addition of the Deimos should also create a good combination of vessels within our fleet.

I hope your decision will be the right one, and may I thankyou all for the time you have taken to consider this unusual request, but I can assure you this vessel will be used to its full potential and will definately improve our Fleet and its capabilities.

Good day .......

Dear Secretary of Defense,

I am very pleased with your final decision and would like to thank all representatives of the Liberty Government for giving the 46th fleet the chance of purchasing this immense vessel, where we can establish also better relations with the Crayter republic.

We will be sending Envoys which will include myself and some high ranking officers from our Fleet, who will be visiting Coronado and establishing contact with Sabah shipyard where the Deimos will be constructed and we will be supplying our ARMOUR Transport division who will supply all the materials with other Liberty corporations and if we can, we will involve our friends from the Republic in the process aswell.

Hopefully we will have the ship constructed and in service as soon as possible and will try to make sure that it is performing at 100 % capacity once it is in service.

Again, I must thank you and I will keep the Government posted on progress involving the Deimos as soon as we have it and, hopefully a more detailed timeframe of the commissioning of the vessel.

Once the vessel is commissioned it will be stationed in Coronado for a duration of test flights, which will make sure our crew and the Crayterian crew can establish good working relations within he vessel.
