I wanted to inquire about the procurment of some Raven's Talon very heavy fighters. These wonderful ships used to be sold at one of our bases, Gran Canaria, but the IMG now has exclusive selling rights. Since OSI is now starting an escort wing, I wanted to use these figthters as one of our main VHFs. Since they are now only located on Java station, I wanted to make sure that they were still being sold to the general public, before sending anyone over to purchase them. If there are any problems with other factions using them I would like to have us come to some arangment on their procurement. Considering the parts of space OSI operates, they have a better survivability rate then the Eagle. Feel free to contact me on this channel

Thankyou for your company's interest in this fine ship. Yes, the Raven's Talon is still for sale on the open market for consumers. However, due to the IMG's focus on upgrading it's defense force, many of our fighter production facilities have started to produce our new Nyx class fighters and Pythos bombers (which are not for sale). This has resulted in a drop of Raven's Talons produced, closing down some of our dealers such as the one in Gran Canaria - we apologise for this inconvenience.
If I remember correctly, there is still a fair amount of Raven's Talons in storage at Java Station that are for sale at standard price. However, if you are wishing to request a large order (larger than what we have in stock) we will happily revert one of our production facilities to produce Raven's Talons to your custom specifications - for a modest factory retooling fee, of course.
Exactly how many fighters were you wishing to obtain, and over what period of time? I have sent a request for a current stocktake to Java to see if we can successfully meet delivery dates should you wish to order immediately.

Ah excellent news. I am still in the process of hiring escort pilots and getting them vetted, so as to an exact number, I could not guess. I realy depends on how far we grow. This was more a preemptive request so I know what shps to steer my folks towards. I would hazrd that at this time, we may need to stock 5, with maybe another 5 needed with in 6 months. Again this depends on how well our recruitment drive goes. I will let our logistics folks to add the Raven's Talon to our ship list and send over a few folks to pick up a few for the hanger.

From what Java's current manifest says, we currently have seven Raven's Talons in storage for sale, with another three coming next month.. Splendid, it appears we will be able to meet your requirements without any difficulties or extra costs. We shall set the number you beleive your faction currently needs aside for you until they are picked up. Our ship dealer at Java will go through the neccessary paperwork in advance and inform you of their current market price when you arrive. Also, feel free to send a representitive over at any time for an inspection or even test flight of these fine machines - our promotional holovids don't do justice to the real thing in open space.
You made a fine choice in selecting our craft over that of CTE's Eagle. Sure, the Eagle may offer similar performance figures, but it doesn't sport two full inches of carbonium armor, standard, and the ability to be pulled apart completely with a single dynawrench - a must have attribute in case you get stranded on some remote rock with no proper repair facilities.. But I'm rambling. Surely you know these features or you wouldn't have contacted us!
