Esteemed representatives,

I am Arthur Spencer, the current Fleet Admiral of the Bretonian Armed Forces. It is a great honor to be able to discuss with some of the most accomplished military commanders in Sirius. Yet this time, we shall not discuss peace, but about more conflict against the bandits operating within the Omegas.

With that clarified, I will present the latest approved operation of the Armed Forces that aims to halt the expansionism of the Corsair Empire to the south of our two nations. As per the file details attached below, the BAF is in need of additional reinforcements, and we propose that the Military sends a strike group of their own to fulfill this requirement.

Operation details:

a) Situation: We have secured a significant victory over the Gauls with the mission within Orkney. Whilst succesful, it was only the baptism of fire for many newer units that will partake in future actions. Our forces have redeployed within Edinburgh and have already cleared the system of most bandits operating within.

Despite the Northern sector being secured for the upcoming months, it is becoming increasingly clear that the real threat to Bretonia is represented not by Gallia - but by the Sirius Coalition and the Corsair Empire, due to their ability to organize raids upon shipments and experience in the war of attrition. To this end, it is of utmost importance to redirect the units that have valiantly fought in Orkney and Edinburgh into the Omegas to bring about the destruction of the bandits within the Omegas.

b) Goals: Condor aims to strenghten the defenses in the southern regions of Bretonia and subsequently reinforce them against future Corsair and Coalition incursions.

OP Condor is organized within three phases, detailed as follows:
Phase I:

Securing Gran Canaria;
Battlegroup Norfolk deployment within 3C
Establishing a defensive sector within 4D through 6D;
Linking up with expected Rheinland Military support within 5E;
Resupply within 5E.

Phase II:

Redeployment of Battlegroup Norfolk within 6F;
Major raid in sector 7G;
Retreat to defensive positions behind Gran Canaria

Phase III:

Return to defensive positions behind Gran Canaria

Estimated time until completion, upon operation start at three to four weeks. Casualty estimates are medium. Risk of ambush from Coalition forces minimal.

May I introduce myself shortly; Erzherzog Karl-Heinz von Thielau, Großadmiral of the Rheinland Fleet.

To keep this short; I had a meeting with my Oberkommando, we support your Operation and I will join your Fleet with 3 Battlegroups. We agree with you that we need to secure the Omegas. The Rheinwehr is glad to do this with the Armed Forces, I remember the good old times where we already worked together. I hope that we will succeed again this time.
