Just a few kilometers away from the Junker station Yanagi an epic battle took place between the feared NovaPG Blood Dragons and a band of Corsairs who were massing ships in the area. The NovaPG acted quickly and deployed ships rapidly to engage the intruders, fighter squadrons and thier flagship, the
Kana Keiko also entered the fight and immediately became the Corsairs primary target. The Corsair Osiris and thier cruiser targeted the massive NovaPG flagship and downed its hull slowly but surely until it had to retreat into Chugoku where it was intercepted and finished off by the Corsairs in pursuit.

Today Arthur Olstrom VD of the Omni Industries sends his comment of the recent event in Manhattan when the Omni satellite's Ion Cannon was locked on planet Manhattan, Omni stated the Lane Hackers were behind the awful threats and had hacked into the satellites control signal and took over its orbital cannon.
"The Omni satellite armed with an orbital gun was hacked and boarded by the Lane Hackers two days ago. The message with the threats had a faked ID programmed by the Lane Hackers and I will give it to you here: Omni Industries does not associate itself with criminals or attempts of terrorism. That was all."
The president encourages all the Liberty Navy pilots to stay on alert.

Over to Kusari - Pirate activities in Kusari and Sigma space are increasing, Dragons and GC ships are frequently spotted pirating transport ships who have no chance against the pirates' raiding fighters, even Junkers in Gunboat class vessels does not hesitate to let a trader with valuable cargo slip away.
The KNF comments that if they had enough ships they would deal with it to protect Kusari trading ships, since Kusari is at war and most ships are station in the Taus and can not deploy patrols in the Sigmas.

We should also assist them in thier war with Bretonia to reach thier gold in Dublin to expand our fleet even further while the Kusari fleet captures Leeds.

Four people dead after explosion caused by Liberty Navy
Stunning news from an shocking event over planet Manhattan, the Omni Orbital Satellite was mistakely destroyed by Liberty Navy forces above Manhattan, the satellite was conducting weapon tests over the ocean of the planet which resulted the Navy thought it was firing at cities and decimated the satellite. There were some civilian casualities.
Anonymous witness on Newark: "The view from Newark was filled with yellow-redish light as the satellite blew up and everyone on the station were stunned for a few second. Later, parts from the satellite hit one of the station's window and killed four persons."
Many others were shocked over that the incidence occured so close to Manhattan and people are getting nervous with the Navy doing mistakes. Will the people tolerate more mistakes?
