Mr.Winter: "Greetings Sirius the defendant is no other than the Rheinland Government and the Rheinland Military. We demand 2 Billion Credits and the pilots who attacked us are suspended of their duty immediately. This attack on our freedom shouldn't be overlooked and there for we demand actions to be taken. Our losses are not acceptable anymore and never were."
Mr.White: "Let me read out what we accuse the government of rheinland and the rheinland military on. First: we accuse the rheinland government of corruption and fraut in more than one case. Second: we accuse the rheinland military of using force against civilians in more than one case, reckless attacks on their freedom and ignoring their own laws. Third: The abuse of unreasonable force."
Mr.Winter: "We invite you to discuss on our accusements!"
They both get their stuff together. The message was send out to both parties to set a deadline for court. They got five days to respond otherwise the accusements are accepted by both parties as truth. A direct denial is not possible due to beeing a direct attack against civilians. This has the highest priority to sirius and may not be ignored so easily.

The Story to tell:
Two freelancers Mr.Winter and Mr.White were born in Dublin. Two brothers who were not rich. Their parents were hard working miners. Always on the run from field to field to effort a better lifestyle for their children. Both kids loved their mom and dad. But the truth is that both parents lost their lifes in the middle of the Gallian war. They couldn't survive the invasion and were shot somewhere in the fields. Nobody saw their ships and nobody ever found a sign of it. But the signs of them not returning were clear. They than started to become miners on their own. They build up their own buisness and soon managed to build their own home in Dublin with the Queen her Majesty Carina to accept their registration. They were thankfull and their buisness went better than ever before. They build it bigger and bigger and thought it's time. Time to expand. They asked the rheinland government for a registration of an second base located in Frankfurt. The government soon denied the registration. Their reasons were the §3.2. , §3.2.1. and §3.2.2 which were no issue in the request. As those laws are not directly effecting a base but the mining field. Therefor a denial was already false. They paid the fine of 50.000.000$ Credits for the registration up front but never received it back. They than made sure that their intentions on building their base were not missunderstood and asked again for approval. The Government again stated that the faction DHC is to decide. Authority was left on the road as the rheinland government showed that he is not capable of deciding about a neutral freelancer base. But it went on. Mr.Winter was not thinking he would do anything wrong by asking a third time. This time he was even more curious talking directly to the "rheinländischem Registrierungsbüro". The person he was talking to "Dieter Schneider" was kind and very polite. He promised he would try to get a votum on their base and that it will be approved. They are till this day still waiting for the approval. A year later they decided it is time to act. Time to make their move. Two Freelancers owning an untouched neutrality can be free. So they decided to build two bases next to a lane in Frankfurt. Their names were CWW-South-One and CWW-South-Two where CWW stands for Cold White Winter. The basebuilder was a friend of them and made the bases not too far and not too close to the lane. So that it was ensured that ships could use the lane without any fear of a collision with the bases. They even saw a barge pass those bases without any harm to neither party. Why this is important? We will get to this later. Those bases were build. Soon they got a shield up and running and on top a defense turret. Those turrets were defenses to prevent pirates from attacking civilians around that area. It took them hours but soon enough they were able to pull it of. They made it. Both in perfect shape. They than went back to Dublin since those bases weren't yet running perfectly and needed some materials from their home base. Time passed and they returned. The returning was not welcoming. The bases were in bad condition due to an attack. An attack on their freedom. They looked over the data and found out who the attacker was. The "Oberau" a battleship from the rheinland military. They were shocked and without words. Both bases nearly escaped death. They than listened to an broadcast stating that the rheinland government accepted an operation of the rheinland military to destroy CWW-South-Two. They were shocked and started to send out several messages to reach for help since the potential threat was coming from a government. They felt unsafe, missunderstood and not accepted. The government never responded to their last messages and ignored the facts they broad up. It seemed like he did not know the reasons on why he attacks the bases. Time passed where Mr.Winter took action to evacuate CWW-South-Two and brought his people to CWW-South-One with his own ship. It took him several hours and just in time before the attack started some zoners showed up. They noticed the messages and watched the broadcast. They saw Mr.Winters name and immidietly came to assist the bases which were threatend to be destroyed. Are those the parents of those two? Did they return to safe the freelancers from a cruel act? The zoners soon left and the base attack began. The owners asked the attackers on why they are attacking the base. The simple reason that the base would cause unsafe passages to anyone using the lane was reason enough for them to destroy their beloved work. As they tried to convince that there are other ways the attackers didn't stop firing. The base was destroyed although the "Oberau" was fought back before. It seemed like his engines were still in the worst conditions and that his ship would fall apart. But the "Oberau" did not stop there. It opened fire directly on to CWW-South-One. Mr.Winter was speachless. He couldn't believe the government nor the rheinland military would be able to shoot and risk the lifes of innocent without a warning first. He slaughterd them. Four hundret people men and women lost their lifes. The only one who survived was Mr.Winter.
