Somewhere within the sigmas borderworlds, at Nobeoka Platform, a young woman was sitting on a chair at the bar. She was alone. In fact, it was not a human but an android. The conceptors of this one decided to give a ''gender'' so a female model. The android was so well made that we could take it as a real human. Since December 29th, a lot happened. First, she has been banished of Liberty. Not because she was an android, but because what she did. She killed her creators for good motivations. However, she said to much and the Liberty Security Force ordered her to never come back. She barely complied. Sometimes, she went to Liberty to see a someone who gave her tasks. The name of the person was Veronica Auditore. Unlike the others, she didn't show any threat toward the android. Even after knowing what she did.

Then, many flights brought the android within every houses and into the edge worlds. The only thing she enjoyed was to kill her enemies. Slowly, something has changed in her. Angel-09 did a scan on herself and the result showed a bad new. Some components were in need to be changed and quick. After all the fights she did, it was normal to receive damage. If only she was more social... The only help she could rely on was Veronica. But Nine, another name given to Angel-09, didn't know if Veronica was able to do that. This situation will force Nine to be a bit more social even if she disliked it.

Nine was again on Nobeoka Platform. She was preparing her ship for another long travel. Once all ready, the android set course to the edge world. The flight was long and she arrived on Yaren Station. Nine wondered if it would be a good idea if she receive help from the Core to replace some components but she also heard that everything that is not human is shot on sight. This rumor paralyzed Nine. Never she would like to be again a simple tool. She wanted to be free and she wanted that no one treat androids like tools. In other words, instead to talk to the Core members, she just kept silent. The only moment she opened her mouth was when she needed info like rumors or stories. The only thing she heard was about nomads and nomads and nomads. The android also heard something else than just nomad stuff. She heard a rumor about a certain type of ''alien'' were machines. That rumors hit her curiosity. ''Perhaps they could help me...'' she said to herself. A long flight is about to happen once more and for that, Nine will need to be ready to face any danger that will stand before her.

Months have passed and it just got worse. Nine could not meet those machine beings. The error persisted and forced the android to be offline for a month. After the reactivation, it got worse it transformed into error 300-EF. Its side effects were the following ones. Efficiency decreased, unstable, high risk to cease all functionalities within the android and in long term, memory storage deleted if not treated. There was no real place where the android could go. She had difficulties to trust humans. Her conceptors forced a program to destroy the other models made before Nine. Due of a lack of trust, she rather prefered to do nothing and wait until her time comes. It was foolish because some who met her would not want that Nine lets the error being more severe.

Within the Roussilon system, Nine met humans who offered their help if necessary. But again, the android did not really care on the moment. She was confused though. She summarized her story and those who listened did not really act like normal citizens would act. But even if they know, now, they are still open toward Nine but on the oposite, Nine was closed. She did not want to friend-friend with them. When she left the system, one of them told her ''Come back soon''. It was unusual to hear that. None was so... friendly. She was used to be a some kind of weapon or guard but not being treated as a ''friend''. What she did not know yet, she began to ''appreciate'' those humans from Roussilon.
