The almost accidental ambush and kidnapping of the Rheinland "Bismarck"-class Battleship marked the commencement of the Wuchtbrummer Operation for the Unioners. This was a truly fantasy-like catch for the Unioners. A hull of such value, if repaired, could provide great advantages on the battlefield.
After the combat part of the operation was carried out the real work began. The arbeiters of the Union put down their guns and picked up their wrenches. It was time for them to get their hands dirty.

The engineers ran their analysis and the conclusion was clear; after the ship was so harshly damaged there was not much left apart from the hull. With that in mind the Engineers ren into their first obstacle. Lack of manpower. While the Union has plenty of engineers, they aren't very experienced with working on big capital vessels, only a handful of them ever built them, and with the current availability of those workers, the project would take an unnecessarily long time. Most of the capital-ship-specialists only ever worked on Hels.
The Direktorat came to the conclusion that this problem can perhaps have a very simple solution. Their Corsair friends certainly aren't in a shortage of people and with their capital-ship-building abilities, their men could be of good use. The Unioner engineers decided that they only require two hundred pairs of qualified Corsair hands. Accordingly, the Direktorat decided to dispatch a communication signal to their good friends at the Deterrence. After this is complete, the reconstruction can truly begin.
