i was told while constructing the base.

But to prove that i do not wish to cause conflict and my interest is purely a Neutral Trading post to all parties as a Zoner

Base is in process to upgrade to core 2 so i pay the extra 50 000 000 pesos in advance

Foremost, i would like to apologize they way you we're treated recently. Seem like there is a lack of communication in the empire. Something we plan to take care in near future. We we're not forewarned of the moniker change until today. I'll make sure to forward the information to all me 'manos y manas. For the food shipment you planing it's appreciated but doesn't need to be luxury food. We, corsairs, are not that fancy and what is luxury tend to get stolen. There is no honor among thieves i guess. IF you still plan to deliver such shipment i suggest you resquest either a Brotherhood, Deterrence or a joint force to escort you. While our space is mostly safe for our amigos like you, we can't always protect or show in time if an external element such as the hessians or any non affiliated pirates show up.
