I represent a few Zoner pilots from the Corinth Research Annex in Omicron Kappa.

We are gathering some data and information about Nomads, Vagrants and The Wild in various ways.
Some of us are explorers and some go head first against the aliens present in the system.
Our intention is to build a remote location that would better reflect our needs than the current station.

Your offer is not being ignored.
In terms of deliveries, I am not necessarily seeking for a big contract on the long term as you mentionned. I think small contractors can also be quite reliable.
The intend of my original transmission was to confirm that there was no parties against my primary intention. Unless I have mention of opposition from either mentionned parties, I'll give it a few days and start construction.
If, or hopefully when the time comes, I'll keep your offer in mind.
