Guten Abend,
I am a flieger of the Rheinwehr - this is a low level warning to traders traversing our house space.
Xenobiotic Filters and Terraforming Gases are temporarily restricted - we have been forced to issue fines, and have so far taken the leniency of lowering the prescribed fines below the level stated in Rheinland Laws and let traders continue as nobody seems to be aware of the restriction.
