Good day,

I hope this message finds you well. Like yourselves we have been dealing with the latest outbreak of hostilities as best as we are able.

We believe that we have identified a method to utilize our home guard forces in LIBCENTCOM to both of our benefits. Our home guard squadrons are currently assigned to patrol duties only. This can lead to a skills degradation that is felt when the pilots are cycled back to front line operations.

As your prison convoys are a prime target for hostile forces, normally with the aim of freeing captured comrades. We would like to join forces and offer the use of underutilized craft as escorts for your convoys. This would have a double benefit of:

  1. Providing more security for your convoy
  2. Keeping our home guard squadrons sharp by providing recurrent HVT escort opportunities and additional opportunities to encounter hostile crafts

Though I admit to not being an expert on this I would guess that it would also be beneficial to the LPI's share price as you would be able to advertise that your assets are being escorted by Naval forces.

I hope you will give this proposal due consideration and look forward to your response.

With Regards.

Good evening,

What a pleasant surprise to be receiving a transmission from -Rear Admiral- Lucius Hopkins, it's been a while Hoppy - can I even call you that anymore? I see you've done a job almost as good as I have in climbing the ranks and I am sure that you more than deserve your current rank. Hope the paperwork hasn't been making the job too hard for you, tends to drive most people away.

As far as your idea goes, it's a good one at the very least. With the most recent re-introduction and proper management of the SWAT department, our convoy security has increased drastically, and while SWAT units offer the best escorts we could ever ask for, that's not the best usage of this department and their time is mostly wasted there.

Being able to combine your officers' daily real flight training and ensure they remain vigilant and aware of their surrounding while at the same time fulfilling convoy escort duties is indeed something that will benefit both the LPI and the Liberty Navy.

In light of mentioning the Liberty Navy as a whole, I think the Forty-Sixth Fleet would make a fine addition to our convoys as well, if they find the idea compelling enough. You have my permission to include their Admiralty in this transmission window if you so please, Rear Admiral.

As far as the convoy specifics go, we can discuss that on a future time, perhaps in space if we're given the chance.

With regards.

Good day Commissioner Nazumaki,

Got no problem with the odd nickname as long as its kept out of official communication channels. As I always say I've been called worse.

I'm in complete agreement that this is something we could work on the 46th Fleet with. I have copied them into this message and if they are interested we can work on a plan of action.

I'd agree that it would be good to discuss the details in space should we be able to arrange the time. My initial suggestion would be a flight of two from the 5th Fleet per convoy. Which is our standard patrol number. Likely an experienced officer along with one of our junior pilots. For more risky routes we could deploy a full wing (four fighters) along with an experienced commander.

We can adjust the numbers we assign depending on LPI and 46th involvement (if they are interested in these joint operations).

With Regards.

Good day to you both,

If I might firstly take this a moment to thank you for inviting me to join in this communication.

Having reviewed the prior transmissions, I feel like this would provide a very positive impact to both the Fifth and Forty-Sixth Fleets of the Liberty Navy, and the Officers and Senior Staff of the Liberty Police. I'm sure we can iron out and draw up the appropriate details and deployments in the coming days, but this has the my full support.

In service to the Republic,

Good evening,

Glad to get to meet you over the neural-net as well, Fleet Admiral, it's a pleasure.

I am glad that my recommendation of including the Forty-Sixth fleet on our exercises has been approved by you, Hopkins. In addition to both Navy fleets being able to see this channel, I am granting view and speak access to our SWAT department as well. Surely the SWAT will have something to comment on the above, perhaps their operatives can be included in the convoys as well when discussing higher danger areas.

I suppose we'll be in touch again in space to discuss the more specifics, but I'll have my eyes on this channel for any future updates.

With regards.
