For everybody who has not yet heard of it, allow me to give a quick rundown on our intended practices for now.
The Commercia, located in the Zurich system not far from the Oerlikon Stellar Observatory, will serve as trade hub
open to all parties that approach with the intent of peaceful economic interactions.
After a first market screening we offer a potentially quite interesting and diverse assortment of goods to trade to or from the station.
A complete and comprehensive list will be made available in a short while. It will be kept up to date and adjusted/slimmed/expanded depending on the results of future market evaluations.

The New Horizon Commercia will also serve as a HQ for its equally important future role of a Credit-Union and finance provider.
Currently the Sirian economy sees business interactions conducted by only a few major actors in the wider economy.
Hence New Horizon Industries got founded to enable Freelancers and smaller economic actors to compete on a more level ground, if you might want to call it that.
But this only as a minuscule excurse on the original driving factor.

By establishing this "bank" of sorts, NHI has gained a tangible tool to encourage participation on the galactic market and support
all manners of economic enterprises in an, to our understanding, equal and fair process.
As a first step we intend to produce financial security to small businesses or singular economic actors by offering liquidity to interested recipients.
Utilised by accepting a small inflation of the Credit as a galaxy-wide currency, which will not affect fiscal stability as a whole yet serve as economic stimulus.

Should this prove to be a viable method of vitalising the market, we will evaluate the possibility of perpetuating this service,
then in possible partnership with a trustworthy insurance company backing an increased throughput of said subsidies.

As manager of all operations regarding the New Horizon Commercia, I am currently working on a concept to ensure loan-distribution to all
interested parties while similarily not further increasing inflation and even combatting it to some degree - by effectively nullifying loan interest for future business partners.
To implement such an interest-free loan system, first steps have been undertaken, work regarding this topic is proceeding with utmost priority at the moment.
