Esteemed KNF admiralty and representatives of Kishiro and Samura,

It is my pleasure to inform you that our cooperation has resulted in the successful modification of the two "Takeda"-class destroyers in the employ of the Shimamori Clan, the "Zuiryu", and the "Zuikaku" respectively, to the new "Mizu" class. I thank the imperial engineers of Kure, and the specialists of Yokohama and Yukawa for outstanding work that allowed the project to be completed. As agreed upon with the KNF HQ, before the deployment the ships require field testing before being deemed appropriate for further use within Kusari space. In that regard, this message seeks the approval of the KNF HQ to host a demonstrative test of the "Mizu" ship at a designated by the KNF HQ location. I also humbly request that the esteemed representatives of Kishiro and Samura are allowed to the test as parties that participated in the project and are able to provide crucial feedback in case of any technical issues. The ships in question during the demonstration will be under the command of captain Kinoshita Akechi, a trusted member of the Shimamori Clan with military experience to take the lead in this demonstration.

We sincerely thank you for providing us with news about the ongoing "Mizu"-class Project.
We are glad to hear that the vessels are now ready for the demonstrative tests and would propose the standard corridor utilized by the Naval Forces:
Sector grid 3/D, New Tokyo. Right between the Kure and Yokohama Yards.

Admiral Okamoto expressed his desire to observe the tests personally, while Kure will provide some of their finest combat instructors to aid the vessels crews to the best of their abilities. The Admiralty looks forward to seeing the "Mizu"-class perform. Should the results be satisfactory, the Admiralty wishes for the Shimamori Clan to engage into a long-term field study during the "Mizu"-class vessels service within the Clans ranks. Such a study shall clarify whether the "Mizu"-class as retrofitted version of the "Takeda"-class hulls should become a subject to larger scale production or not.

Konnichwa Dear friend and leader Marquess Shimamori Masahito;

Surely Samura will participate in the tests of this new vessel and test this ship together when you guys are of paramount importance to the Samura. This is so that our engineers can resolve any doubt that may happen. If the friend tells me where the prototype of the ship that is destined for the Samura Corporation is, we can already equip with some more ingenuity, such as cloak, Docking modules and who knows how to check on whether the ship accepts Jump Driver and etc.
