Good day Sara 冴咲 Tanaka,
I am pleased to hear that NSE is also willing to assist with any support we can provide to Sirius with regards to economic stimulation.
Our proposal has its basic components revolving around both rewarding those competitive crews with putting extra efforts into necessary sectors to which further incentives are directed, and also ensuring that further participation in crucial trade routes and supply is improved with a reward that is potentially achievable by all crews involved.
- Competitive rewards can also encourage ships to try harder, to be the best that they can be. With the right encouragement crews can become more determined to win and develop their efficiency to their full economic potential.
- Encouraging participation at all levels of the economy is important as well – limiting incentives access to only those who wish to compete cannot be beneficial for the overall health of our economy. The danger is that crews who want to take part without the added pressure of competing might be put off participating in the first place, thus making any stimulus venture somewhat lacking.
We therefore propose and are prepared to contribute from Interspace Commerce a total of
1 (ONE) BILLION CREDITS towards a total SIrius Economic Stimulus Package that would be directed into areas that we are already tapped into - namely Mining Operations, Trading and Supply Operations, and Security Operations. All efforts would have tracking applied towards reports for both amounts and participation incentives, so as to both hopefully entice those freelancing crews to assist with aid to targeted bases or routes.
- For competitive incentives - the top 3 reporting crews for all combined mining, trade/supply, and escort operations would be rewarded with:
- 1st place: 250M
- 2nd place: 150M
- 3rd place: 100M
- For participatory incentives - 3 (THREE) Reward Draws will take place that will include all reporting crews for all mining, trade/supply, and escort operations:
- 1st Reward draw: 250M
- 2nd Reward draw: 150M
- 3rd Reward draw: 100M
To centralize and simplify the availability of opportunities in the economy that would qualify under this program, we would direct all interested parties to our
Subcontracting program.
Of course, I would be remiss if we, as Interspace Commerce, did not include our
Insurance & Claims coverage for all participants involved in these efforts. Standard registration into our program would commence after 2 reports.
If such a program would suit NSE as well for assisting the economy, we could include a separate entry and area so Nebula Shipping Express interests are well served.
We appreciate any insight you have into our suggestions for economic solutions.
Sincerely,
Don Vega
