My name is Melissa Pollard, appointed Administrator at the Mirai Enterprise base near Tsushima Depot in Kyushu.

Our apologies for this infraction and gratitude for your time allowance to have it corrected. This is an item that should have been confirmed on our review of all station items upon installation of the new administrative staff, and obviously a checkbox was confirmed without the action actually done.

In review of the station logs, this unfortunately isn't the first oversight in the administration of the station, now by 2 separate crews.
