Hola... 'Captain'.

A matter most concerning has just been passed to me.

As you are aware, several workers have been hired for what they do best, haul goods to my stations.

I had hoped these reports are inaccurate, but it would seem you have attacked one of these workers, undeniable evidence of which. Quite a big one too. There are.. thousands of witnesses and a large hole in a ship to corroborate the story. This is along with Black Box recordings.

The worker in question stated that you witnessed them hauling to my station, then attacked them when they went to collect more goods.

Allow me to number the issues:

1- Your actions have disrespected me by trying to get them to do other work from what they are contracted.
2- You have then attacked and damaged a vessel.
3- You have fired at those trusted to operate neutrally between us, outside their station.

Whilst that ship is being repaired, a estimated repair cost of One Hundred Million will be paid by you, this is at minimum. Your assistant "Cosimo.Sedico" can help you pay for it, but that's your squabble.

Next, you will seek out this worker and apologise for your moronic behaviour.

Your business is your business, but when it comes in direct conflict with mine then you'd better realise you're out of your depth.

If that Freeport doesn't declare you as hostile, you'll be very, very lucky.

I expect this to happen promptly.

I trust I make myself clear.

Chenzo out.

'Sup, Ivan here, i was captaining the Damocles when that happened. Yes, the lady is not married to a single captain, it's just more convenient with our schemes cause we lack means to print cruisers whenever we need them, sadly... Anyways, I won't delay my response.

With all due respect I do not think that the rest of us should be babysitting and protecting outsiders that are hired by individuals or groups while those individuals and groups are not around to escort or at the very least teach them how our space policies work which are very simple to understand, I'm sure you're full aware of it by now.

Outcasts patrolling the system can blast away at their discretion any Sirian or Gaul that is deemed suspicious or uncooperative, this is how's been for centuries and that's part of the reason Malta's been safe for all this time, this is a policy pretty much all families apply and enforce, access to Alpha as a whole is a privilege to strangers.

Quote:1. Outcast Operations in space

1.1 Any Outcast is permitted to engage whatever Sirian at their own discretion.

Now, it seems you did skip several details on the "incident" itself, either that Zoner lied to you, or someone else is conveniently omitting them, so I'll further elaborate on what did happen.
We were heading on an artifact extraction operation when a Barge showed up through the Tau-37 jump hole into Alpha, hauling supplies for some base, upon being questioned they suggested they were employed by you to supply it, which is fair and dandy. However, since we were rather busy ourselves we decided to let him make that delivery and then offer them a deal, which was to come with our team on the aforementioned operation to assist us in supplying a facility, that -unlike yours- is open to every Outcast and our allies and helps in keeping our economy flowing, he was even offered a very generous payment for it by the way... But they refused to comply, and decided to head back to Tau-37, which is totally on their right, but so is them getting blasted for not complying. When they decided to run away, then i got a call to intervene, that's when Damocles showed up and I decided to explain things in a more simple way in case they didn't understand the problem here. Any Sirian entering Alpha has to bring something and/or leave with something, else the general public doesn't have to ensure their safety.

And I'm sure you can understand that we do not care whether these random zoners are working for you or not, specially since they're supplying bases in Maltese sovereign space that are currently of no use to no one but you, and I'm totally fine with that mind you, I don't personally care about these bases so long they're not bothering us. However, you shouldn't expect to bring complete fools incapable of making reasonable choices or showing some form of basic common sense and not make a disservice to their own safety in space where they are guests, while you let them on their own without even some form of escort from your people as well. And actually I do wonder why someone that claims, and I quote "has a third of the plantations in Malta's land" needs to subcontract outsiders to get something like this done, instead of hiring your own men for it, which would mean no one else would've bothered them while doing so and no one would've got shot.

The Zoner should've had complied, move to do what they were told to and then if they had any issue with this, send you a comm and address this without no one getting shot, but they didn't, they decided to come in, leave with nothing and got shot for it. Also good luck convincing the folks from Freeport-10 to give a sh*t about this, when the Barge is the one that brought the problem at their door, not me, and they do not like anyone bringing problems at their doors, something the Freeport Network Laws state very clearly.

Quote:Any zoner vessel that initiates hostilities and then attempts to run to the NFZ for cover shall be held in contempt and will be treated as any other pilot.

They were told in Omicron Alpha to come along, and decided to ignore my deal and head back to '37, like you I also have footage of this and I can easily prove it, albeit IF the Zoners of Freeport-10 decided to act against me over some of their people displaying "moronic behaviour", it would make it more of a problem for them than for me, the Damocles does not need mooring on a Freeport, but they need safe passage through the system, connect the dots.

I think I made myself clear by this point, I'll ignore your petty attempt at extortion, but I will once again remind you that if you want a job well done, there's no one better for it than other Outcasts, or at the very least if you have to pick Sirians for the job, the ladies from GC are competent, and y'know... people that has proven to be of service to our society as a whole, not only to you, and is well trusted by the general public by now. Zoners aren't privileged, far from it, as you could see.

Hola... Senor Gutierrez.

Thankyou for confirming the events the paid worker relayed back to us.

It pains me to say that I listened to you rabble on for quite some time about items of total irrelevance.

I already stated the issues at hand, for which you have chosen to not address.

Instead, you have raised thoughts that you possibly grew up on Crete which only raises further questions...

How are you even in command of an Outcast Destroyer? Rhetorical.
We will see to it that such an asset is relieved of your moronic command, we'll do that later if your re-education fails.

I'll elaborate further on the matter at hand;

Your operations will never be more important than mine. The captain of that ship was paid to do a job, and as such fulfilling his honour by not deviating from his scheduled tasks.

I will see to it the captain is rewarded for maintaining Outcast values of Decency and Honour.

We, as Outcasts are bound by honour. Only the most highly trusted of individuals can work with us.

Our trade; Senor in case you hadn't realised we're Outcasts, we work with Cardimine and workers, not play with the spirits graves and mess around with quickly depreciating Xeno Relics.

Following this transmission you will do the following:

1- You will pay for the damages toward the vessel you opened fire on.
2- You will contact the worker in question to apologise.
3- You will engage in Outcast preferential activities like spreading the Orange Dream, nothing else.
4- You will pray that the Zoners do not declare you as hostile.
5- It should go without saying that you and anyone despicable enough to associate with you are to not interfere ever again with my operations.

That's the first set of steps. Once I see this complete, you will be on some way to redeem yourself. One day, you may be able to honour us as Outcasts.

Senor, play this transmission again if it didn't sink in the first time.

Also, just so you understand fully. I'm on very good terms with our sisters of Kusari and our allies in Liberty, as well as many groups around Sirius. Anyone we choose to employ is of the highest quality and knows their job inside out. It's part of what the 101st Outcast Guard does.

Chenzo out.

He salutes, before ending the transmission

Senor Gutierrez.

It would appear you have reverted to a child-like manor. Something I'd suspect from a corsair.

Most certainly not fit to be piloting a light fighter, let alone in command of a warship. I expect you to relinquish command of your vessel immediately, so it can be commanded by an Outcast worthy of the title "Captain".

Your mockery of what it is to be an Outcast is strong via Neural Net communications, if I'm to see the Damocles in space then it'd better be under the command of somebody worthy. Somebody who supports The Orange Dream.

If it's you, then there had better be a strong shift in attitude and competency.

Chenzo out.
