Greetings to the Republican Provisional Assembly.
We are reaching out in hope to establish an alliance with a trade deal to fulfil our common cause. The goal we have in mind, to expand our reach, aid one another in times of need, trade with one another, and fight our enemies. We are establishing our base of operations in Omega-48 on the planet of Tangier. In hope the Republican Provisional Assembly accepted our offer.

Dandy evening Lads. Sorry about the delay.

Glad to hear some of the Coalition getting about again, you lads have been a bit quiet recently!
Sorry about the delay, had a mess of politics and military reports to handle over here recently.

We'd be glad to renew relations, both for the gold and munitions routes, and in joint military operations, best way to keep the likes of the Corsairs off our backs is together after all.

I'll try and have a couple of our wings move to Garvagh and step up patrols, help keep the area clear.

We are glad that the Republican Provisional Assembly takes our offer seriously enough for you personally respond so we are returning it in kind. I am Commander Ivan Stroganov leading officer of the Coalition of Independent Sirius.

The trade deal proposed poses no problem for us but your transports should be careful Rheinland Military ships have been seen and beaten back on two occasions. So we recommend caution of course it goes without saying that your comrades will have our patrols as support. We have been at work to make sure that no threats can reach the Pool system the additional help of the RPA ships is appreciated.

The CIS is looking forward to our future cooperation.

Good evening, Commander.

I'm Commander William Harris of the RPA and I'm contacting you on behalf of our Chancellor to inform you that we're giving the Coalition transports access to Connacht Depot - our gold storage facility. This is the first step towards implementing our trade agreement.

As you know, our forces have been skirmishing against the Corsairs in Omega-48 together, with mixed results. We're going to have to expand our military cooperation if we want to beat back this threat.

We will be sending a diplomatic mission to Omega-52 soon, and we'd like to arrange a meeting with your representative to discuss our combined efforts.

I am Lieutenant Marek Mirkov of the Coalition of Independent Systems' Logistical branch. We sent a transport full of supplies to the mentioned Connacht Depot; the transport's manifest will be attached to this communication.

Regarding the corsair matter, all help is appreciated. Knowing that we have allies in this fight makes us confident in our eventual victory. The leadership of the CIS is looking forward to meeting and discussing our cooperation in person.
