It's time to start our biggest cleanup project yet, Texas. I want to divert our main cleanup fleet to Eupen. Doing the whole system at once will be impossible. However with the expertise and the manpower we posses, we can start with the scrap removal at the Dallas Debris Field. All the scrap will be moved to- and refined at Eupen Handelsplatz. I trust you in leading in this operation as you successfully did in New Berlin and Honshu. In this one I will be personally available in the Project myself. I also contacted the other departments to help in any way they can.

In the meantime, I will be contacting the Liberty Navy Fleet if they can spare extra escorts.

Herr Legion, guten tag.
I have recently concluded the personnel transfers from Honshu back to New Berlin. I am happy to report that over 70% of the experienced cargo handlers decided to stay on with SEO. I will want to use most of these crews as the backbone of the new clean-up operation at Eupen. I will send an advance team on Ironmore and Alderhaben, and collect the rest on the Brassburg after Hauer reports in.

In terms of shielding, Hauer assures me that only minor modifications will need to be made to our latest iteration which was in use at Osaka. I am sure the locals in the area will know more about workable methods, and Alderhaben itself can serve as a first test of the contamination's severity. I've instructed Hauer to fly out there with a well-shielded crew and take the pre-requisite radiation meds. They can undergo a full decon on Eupen afterwards. It will not be pleasant, but I believe the small risk is worth it to move the timetable forward.

In terms of security, Manz will be stationed on Eupen and will begin sniffing around. I'm hoping that the authorities are willing to secure the operation on the outside, and I highly doubt any criminal enterprise will be found inside the contaminated fields. Manz will forward any necessary information on that front directly to me.

Once all the pieces are in-place and samples are ready, I will be able to conduct a thorough analysis, and update the pre-processing procedure accordingly. I hope that this will not take longer than a week. After that time, we can begin extraction and pre-processing in earnest, and I will call on Proch to start moving the processed waste to the highest bidder. While I am content to continue using our contacts on Wichter, I am sure Proch will be able to advise us about any additional routes of interest.
