SUBJECT: Licence to assess a captured Judicator

Colleagues,

I am here to request a licence for The.Angel on behalf of the First Armada - a captured Insurgency Battlecruiser to be towed to a Navy shipyard.

Ship Callsign: The.Angel

Ship's Affiliation (IFF): Liberty Navy

Owner's Name (and Organization's Name if applicable): The First Armada of the Liberty Navy

License requested and reason(s) for it:
Exception from Law 4.1 Restricted equipment: possessing a ship from known hostiles is restricted.

The crew of the Judicator The.Angel has surrendered to Lieutenant James Silverton. The crew is now being interrogated at Fort Bush and will face justice on Manhattan soon after. We wish to examine the technology, databanks, energy sources and drive signatures, and the function of the gravity centrifuge and use the knowledge against the Insurgency remnants, and in the process of tracking down any escaped Insurgents. For this we need to tow the weaponless and shieldless vessel in Navy possession to a shipyard in House Space.

Evidence of friendly reputation with Liberty Navy and Liberty Police: Attachment

Additional Notes, Comments, Questions or Requests: This is a big prize for Liberty Navy. A symbol of a broken Insurgency, and an opportunity to use it against their remnants and escapees and see if we can use any of the technology going forward in the service of the Republic. For details of the capture Lieutenant James Silverton who the vessel surrendered to can be contacted.

By filling this application we hereby agree to these terms and compliance with the Laws of Liberty and will be held responsible for any violation.

Kind regards,
Genoveve Black - Enlisted Clerk - The First Armada

SUBJECT: Response

Director,

Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

I was informed that the vessel's databanks will be recovered in Bering where it currently resides, the vessel will be dismantled and the husk will simply add to the vast fields of scrap left over from our Bering victory, a reminder to our enemies what happens when they try to assault Liberty's values.

Kind regards,
Genoveve Black - Enlisted Clerk - The First Armada
