Access to the unstable jump hole in the Omicron Delta system and the consequent exit system [Omicron Pi] is strictly forbidden to all non-corsair vessels, unless they have a diplomatically FRIENDLY* or SPECIAL** stance and follow the following criteria:
Ships with mining equipment, ships of "Freighter" size and larger are not allowed.
* individual reputations are not considered. Only faction-wide diplomacy [//default rephacks] is considered valid.
** refers to ships and factions granted special treatment and criteria. Deterrence Corsairs, refer to internal documentation [RESTRICTED ACCESS] for clarification.
Independent groups and other primary groups are within their right to disagree, engage or issue demands to groups listed in Deterrence's SPECIAL diplomatic stance, unless Corsair law forbids them to.
