Recently we've found an unknown modular base installation "LandStar" in sector 2C, near your station "Madeira". While this station have neutral IFF and does not appear to be hostile, they've refused to provide docking access, as well as any information about themselves. Below you may find visual confirmation of this installation.

Which leads me to my main question - do you, perhaps, know the owner of this installation or any information about this modular base? We've tried to contact them, but unfortunately, got no response.

I have to apologise for the late response.
As for the subject of your communication the Guild has no information on its owner but I personally remember seeing a Zoner transport under the iff of "ZonerPaladin" docking on the base that was three years ago when the system still had plenty beryllium ore but that has been depleted.

Thank you so much for this information. We believe that this installation now being used by Corsair raiders due to absence of original station's owner. In addition to that, this station breaks several laws, including safety of workers on space installation as well as poor working condition. Please notify your comrades at Madeira, since we will start the demolition of this space station soon, unless owner shows up and contact us.
