Money makes things easier, as I'm sure you and the Accord are well aware.

If I pay you to do something and you break the agreement, it gives me leverage without risk.

Romanticism aside, what I require is simple and difficult at the same time. The Gallic Dreadnaught utilizes a forward firing weapon called "Warwolf". This is obvious news to anyone who's lived in the past 30 years. The Gallic Navy had made no attempts to withhold the power it possesses.

I need scans, information, and schematics on the weapon's design - as well as its origins. I would encourage you to utilize the same method I am using now and throw money at the situation. Disgusting as it might be, there's always someone willing to snitch for enough money.

I pay well, and I expect a good return on investment. But I also understand that this is not a simple task nor a short one. So I will put a down payment of 2.000.000 S.C. in advance if you're willing to accept this endeavor. The rest will be given upon completion.

I might also mention that discretion is important in this matter, and this message will be scrambled in 24 hours - with or without a response.
