My primary point of view is that a police authority should never prevent a buying and selling action, in whatever system and from whom it is supplying the material. Thus, Samura Heavy Industries makes known our autrities regarding what happened in this annex here, given that the police officers were united in the destructive action, although apparently they wanted to denote a certain animosity, this I say by the simple unofficial report of the Captain of the ship in question and the other survivors, who are still recovering at the Shinkaku Station Regional Hospital.
Samura respectfully leaves here all government authorities and especially the Emperor of Kusari and his beloved family.
