We have secured a writ of habeas corpus for Guild Journeyman Jepp Lutz and the crew of the Penetrator who were arrested without due cause yesterday evening by parties affiliated with the Naval Forces of Liberty.
Lutz et al's detention is wholly unlawful and runs contrary to the Legal Code of Liberty.
His release papers for the hearing should be processed within twenty-four hours.

I'm reviewing the evidence sent by Lutz, unfourtanely these kind of matters take some time, as this incident just happened less than 24 hours, I'd ask you to be patient. The evidence sent by Lutz are not so clear as he said it was, and it's taking me more than expected, however, as the witness is missing or hidden, I have no choise but let him free. 24 hours are required to check pilot records, once that period is completed, Lutz will be released.
There is one thing that no escape to my sight, and it's that Lutz and the Penetrator's crew destroyed 2 Navy vessels, and 1 LPI vessel. As I had no evidence from those officers about how that started, I can't take any action on the Penetrator, but for further occasions, I'd like to suggest to follow officer's orders. I believe I don't need to emphasize that Liberty officers (LPI, LSF and LN) have total authority over Liberty's security, and if this vessel was required to leave the area due to security reasons, then that should be done without question. The consequences on the officers about their orders are deliberate by Liberty High Command and no one else. Citizens should not take justice in their own hands.

Seems I wasn't clear in my previous message. He's gonna be free in the next 3 hours, so, please be patient.
And as I already stated before, he offered to stay there until the investigation was over, and we accepted, if you have a problem with his confinement, send your complains to him. Also, I assure you, he's getting a nice treatment, we don't considered him as a criminal, but it was something that we must done.

This is the evidence I got from Lutz. Now, as you talked about our legal code, check the Section 5, belong the title of Violent Crimes.

In short, I asked a Navy bomber - Joe.Young politely to stand down so I can collect a bounty on an Outcast gunboat and his ship doesn't get damaged by the Outcast. Yet he felt the need to take it out himself. So be it, we just stood by.
After that, he was fighting a Xeno Eagle with another Naval bomber, even getting repair kits from a police officer that was not involved in the fight, which I find to be disgusting. Then Joe decided he would order me to leave for no apparent reason other that killing everything and ordering everyone around. And he wasn't making much sense, either. Then he fired a supernova on me and kept firing his pulse guns. When my shield went low, I had no other chance than to return fire to preserve my precious ship, something your officer does not value at all (his own). The other two joined him, but this time they have overestimated themselves, since unlike the outcast gunboat pilot, I'm no rookie.
Also I protest against Mr. Casero's statement. I was -ordered- to go to Sugarland, and escorted there by two [LN] fighters and a bomber. Also, I do not think false witnesses should go unpunished! Deal with that and sort your ranks, please, since suing you for lost income is hardly the way to extend our cooperation. I hope you understand.

Lutz, after reviewing the evidence myself and comparing your track record with Young's, I find it more than likely that he is at fault, and clearly unfit for a position of command in the Liberty Navy. I will see that this is forwarded directly to the High Command, and do my best to see that the fool in question is forced to provide you with compensation.

William von Darkmoor, The only record you will find is a of a fine officer of the Liberty Navy.
The bounty Hunter in question broke the law and is arrested for it.
Interfering with A navy officer on the duty was one of those things. Association with Outcasts can be added, but i do not have the sufficient evidence yet (In progress). Disobeying orders, possession of Allied pilots and worse of all

Let those who know and can do their Job do it, Seems like Lt.Commander Cassero is taking care of this, Seeing as he was in space when it happened.
