On behalf of the twin kusari liners Lusitania and Mauretanea, property of the Orbital Space and Cruise corporation, we would like to request a permanent authorisation for passage in Bretonia systems in order to reach our base at the Luxury Liner Shetland.

We are aware that the fact the vessels are of kusari manufacture can raise some questions from bretonian law enforcement and military, but we want to reassure you that we mean no provocation. We would replace the vessels for their normal version but the prohibitive price of said vessels doesn't allow us such venture in the present economic situation.

We have kept our vessels docked out of several bad experiences with bretonian military intolerance but we believe that a notification could be issued to both military and police bretonian forces to allow both vessels passage trough Bretonia without misunderstandings in order that our guests can enjoy a safe and pleasant journey.
