Greetings, to whom this may concern....

As the captain of the "[TAZ]Colony-Auxium", I'm seeing to much trouble going on in entering the House Systems, even with permissions; Especially Libertonians. I'm hearing lots of: "Bringing that vessel to this system is an act of war"...? For the love of Eris, we are a 2nd Generation of Colonize citizens that used to be lost for 152 years. We are peaceful, humble, & non-aggressive ZONERS. We aren't comming to your system for "War"; we are passing through and to say some of the Zoners Freeports are stationed in most of Liberty System. Let see: Berin-Freeport 2, Magellan-Freeport 4 (I know is an IMG Base, but we get supplies from there), & Pennsylvania- Bethlehem Station.

Furthermore, yesturday we entered the Texas System comming from Berin-Freeport 2. In entering the system we encountered a "Liberty Carrier"- LNS-Aurora. We came in the system with a greetings and politeness to proceed to Pennsylvania for Equipments, Re-fuel and to have a word with the high-command of the Bethlehem Station, and what we get back from it is "un-politeness" from its Captain ?!? Don't know if he was mad, but he scared half of the citizens when he replied to us: "I'll destory this vessel in 10 seconds if it dont move.". Ok, I didn't heard when the LNS- Aurora said the escort has came.

Not to mention, but Rhienlanders, Kusarians, and Bretonians are more calm with thier weapons and less triggery. Also, they welcome us to thier system. The only touble I got from the other House System was a bretonian pilot. He/She had a lil arguement with one of the comm-officer, but however, they are "ok" with us.

All I ask is, please Libertonians we aren't not an act of "WAR". We only cross your space to head/proceed to our Freeports or to the Baffin System. We arent spies, assasinators, or dont even think of "Nomads", we do grill them for dinner.

[*]If any concerns of high-commanding officers (only), send us a Private Transmission to our via nueral net.

Captain Feorn Norichka, coming from Bering with a warship is not the best thing to do. However, there is no law stopping you to do it. The aurora's captain will be contacted, but for further adventures on Liberty space, I recomend you to get in contact to Navy officers before coming in.
You are not aware of the last news, but we have been having troubles with a zoner carrier in the last few days. That'd be probably the main cause that the Aurora's captain made that decision.
And, to refresh your memory, the High Command changed the embargo's law, to fit it more adequately to zoner's needs on Freeport 2, that's a proof that we are not so "triggery".

Lieutenant Commander Casero.

Ahh, good. A LN has responded. Greetinz, and thank you for informing us. Though, we know that we have to send a permission entrance and we do that. However, the incedent that happened with a Zoner Carrier I wasnt mentioned about it. But we will be aware next time.

Bridge of LNS Brookstone

The TAZ Colony ship is a Zoner Juggernaut

The Brookstone has encountered the Colony ship before. I have encountered him before with
[1st]-LSCA-Louisbourg and LSF agents in the Texas system. From my experience with this ship he is no threat to Liberty and her citizens. I do have to say though it does not ask permission to enter Liberty Space. Once again I will say he is not a threat but needs to understand that it need to ask permission to enter Liberty space with a warship

Mr. Malaclypse, I have been in contact with some other LNS captains, and they confirmed me, that the Colony-Auxium has been in Liberty many times, and it always has been peaceful to all the citizens.
However, there are many captains that could not be aware of his records, and for that, I strongly suggest to Captain Norichka to get in touch with any Liberty Navy Ship before to get in our space, just to spare us another further headache. I'm glad that no one got hurt in this incident.

Lieutenant Commander Casero

===TO: All ===

I fully understand your "Permission needs", but please, dont say: "Bringing that ship here is an act of war" because we're not.

Chairman-Mal, thank you for helping and making things clearer for the Auxium. May Eris bless you with more generosity on your soul.

Lt. Commander Casero, in the future we'll ask permission to the LN's pilot high-commanders and thank you for your understanding. Though, i have a Question: What happens if theres no LN's on the system to contact with?

Best Regards;

Well, try to find the LNS captains around, if they are not there, you'd be allowed to come in. A simple general announce will be enough to notify you're coming in peace, the worst thing that could happen is that someone would offer to escort you to your destination.

We only take escorts from LN's, if not we take a "loyal" pilot to escort us to the destination with a 500.000 Credits for their pockets, no more.

So, I see things are cleared now, aye? If so, lets leave this Diplomatic Topic in peace, shall we?
