Ahoy.
I was the mentioned member of the ZRT present at the scene.
The shooting stopped when i undocked but i could not determinate who was shooting who and why.
At least the BAF and Rm pilots showed civilized manners and an inspection revealed no particular hull damage on the Freeport.
That SCRA pilot shouted some nasty words to the Zoners but i switched to condition ignore.

The Council has reviewed and discussed the evidence in "closed Chambers".
Comments:
The Corsair was obviously "loitering" and taunting the opposition when he could have easily docked and avoided the incident. This is an obvious NFZ violation in itself.
The Council agrees with the SCRA assessment that the Corsair was having curious "comms anomalies", which should have been repaired prior to attempting flight or serious discourse. However, the SCRA has gained no points with this Council through it's insulting remarks to Captain Bess.
It is difficult to tell from the evidence who was actually firing on the Corsair. We caution both the BAF and RM vessels that they were in possible violation of NFZ policies themselves.
We agree with Captain Bess' assessment on the minimal nature of the damage to Freeport 1. As he arrived late, we cannot in fairness make any definitive judgement on who was "at fault".
The claim of the Corsair is hereby declared "Null and Void".
All parties are cautioned to observe Freeport Policies in the future.
The matter is closed.

I wasnt Taunting no body..I was in 03 in front of Fp, and they come to fight with me..All of them against me..That is oorp surely, because aliance between BAF RM and SCRA is not posible...And my right is what i will do in game, dock, or stay in Front of station..Perhaps they can dock and evade conflict!!!!

Your right what you do in game is your business. The NFZs are not a server rule. They are an RP law that the council of zoners enforces. Mal looked at the evidence and gave an RP responce to your inquiry. If you feel server rules were broken then you can take that up with the Admins.
Although just a warning, in RP, we zoners do not tollerate hiding behind our Freeports any more then we tollerate shooting near them.
