My sincerest greetings to the Rising sons of Kusari.
It is an honor to speak with you, if unfortunately not in person. Due to our current assignments, I am far removed from Kusari for the forseeable future. Now, on to buisness.
As your division of the Blood Dragons has come to represent the most coherant and active of it's factions, we, the Transhuman arm of what you would call 'The Consortium', would seek to strengthen our ties with your organisation and the Dragons as a whole. We understand there may still be some confusion or stigma about our true motivations, origins, and intentions, but let me assure you that our goals in Kusari are not incompatable.
Our forces have fought alongside the NovaPG, Golden Chrysanthemums, and many other Dragon factions which have come and gone. As yours has shown much greater promise and expertise, it would be mutually beneficial if we were to send an official Diplomatic spike to wherever you so choose for official talks to strengthen our alliance and plan joint operations.
There are many issues to cover, too many to be transmitted over this channel. But now more then ever, we need to work together. To strike when the Empire and Samura-loyalists are at their weakest. As well, the Exogen Breach in Tohoku, Corsair expansion, and situations involving the Outcasts are all threats to both our organisations' long term goals and objectives.
What we want from you is confirmation that you would be willing to send one of your Shoguns or Diplomats to meet with our own, At the time and place of your conviniance.

Greetings "\CS\-Ironwatsas", assumed representative of the Consortium.
The 'Rising Sons' movement of the Blood Dragons thank you in your interest and reciognition with our movement within the Blood Dragons, and we assure you that we are just as interested in you as you are to us. Our movement constantly seeks allies, yet we must not be leniant on caution, every alliance we make also gives an opportunity for another group of traitors to stab us in the back.
Indeed, we have heard much about the "Consortium" before, and your kind has proved themselves "somewhat" trustworthy by attacking and helping both the Blood Dragons and the Golden Chrysanthemums in general. Therefore, we will remain friendly relations unless you choose to betray us, or commit any acts of treason against any Blood Dragon or Golden Chrysanthemum. A meeting between our oragnisations will not only strenghthen our relationship, but may prove benefitial to both of us, after the Kusari Empire has fallen.
Once again, let it be stated that the Blood Dragons do not easily ally, nor do we easily befriend any organisation. Precautions must be taken into consideration in case of any attempt of treason. Call us paranoid if you will, but we cannot risk another Sakura Coup. Therefore, for this proposed meeting will be conducted in space, preferably close to a Blood Dragon Base. We will also be attending this "meeting" with our current flagship, the "Hideyoshi's Memory" (A Blood Dragon cruiser, hopefully to be upgraded in due course), as a neccessary precaution.
Once again, I hope that this transmission does not offend you in any way, but the Blood Dragons and the Rising Sons do not take kindly to Treason or Betrayal, and should any such acts occur, you will find yourself with dire consequences. In fact, putting the cautions and multiple warnings you have been given aside, we Blood Dragons look forward to working together with and negotiating deals concerning the Iseijin and Slomon K'hara threat in Kusari, overthrowing the current traitors of the Kusari Empire, and also looking into furthur negotiations that could take place between our organistations. Beware that should you break any of these "negotiations", the consequences for you may be too great for you to handle.
Reguarding time and place of this meeting, we are suggesting a place relativley close to a Blood Dragon base should any attempt of treason be commited. The time is entirely up to you, however, do not think that choosing an 'Odd' time will leave us weaker - we are on full guard at all times.
Once again, we apoligise for the precautions and warnings we have given, should they offend you. However, do not think that this means that we will "go easy on you" should any attmpt to betray us unfold.

Honored Taishogun.
I belive our past records speak for themselves, in that we have done nothing but assist the Blood Dragons, and are indebted to you for your assistance in times past for loaning us the use of Mito shipyards in our early fleet refit programme. Indeed, we have never had any altercations or problems with the Blood Dragons as a whole, save an isolated incedent involving an altercation between the old Sentai-86 and Kiretsu.
We would have no reason to betray or harm either the Dragons or Chrysanthemums. Quite the opposite as you said, the effects would be highly detrimental to our goals in Kusari. We need to pool and combine our military assets in Kusari with your own and those of the GC in order to affect the desired regime change, and we cannot do it alone.
As for the meeting itself... I would highly suggest the Okinawa system. Possibly near your Sendai research station, or the Planetoid desegnated 'Niiza'. As most of our forces are stationed there at this time. With your position, we will deploy one of our Armored Merchant Liners, the \CS\-Basul.Re to carry the delegation.
Among them will be James Dacker and Barney Calhoun, head of the Consortium Blackwatch and INTELSPIKE respectively. As well as Ichiro Daisuke (henceforth referred to as 'Steve') and the Artificial Intelligence ZFX-1128. These individuals form the core of our internal affairs and operations spike, and should provide you with all of the information you will require.

Then may this be settled. Once again, apoligies for what may be considered as rude false accusations - we do not mean to say that your kind is dishonourable or traitorous. We merley want to make an impression that we do not take kindly to traitors. We respect your goals entirley and will work together to bring down the Traitors once and for all.
Be assured that the Okinawa system is an ideal location for both of us. Naturally, I would prefer Sendai, however, either location is perfectly fine for us.
Timing however, is the most important issue here. It would be best to organise a time that is fit for all of us - and most importantly, away from the usual Kusari Naval Forces patrols in the system. This meeting should be organised in secret without any interference...
Rest assured - should this meeting go without any interference or trouble, you can be garunteed that both of our sides will benefit. If we are to bring down the Kusari Empire, we will need to work together. It is no point bickering amongst ourselves.

We will also have Airwatch forces on standby to create a distraction while the meeting takes place to tie up KNF forces or otherwise wreak havoc amongst any potential dissidents who would interrupt our meeting.
