I was directed to this channel regarding a question I had. Now, I've heard rumors that your revolutionary movement is glad to receive "lib'rated" slaves at Freital base. I have visited the base, and delivered a full load of "pass'gers", which your commodity dealer rewarded me handsomely for, and further rewarded me by sellin' a load of Blood Diamonds for a very reasonable price. Because I see that your movement desires to take care of and generously adopt these oppressed ind'viduals, and because there is a decent financial incentive for me to deliver them to you, I am interested in makin' this trip on a more reg'lar basis.

Now, through my newly-formed contacts at Freital, I have been informed that you've essentially severed your connections to the Outcasts and grown closer to the Coalition revolution'ries, agreein' to crack down on the so-called "Slave" trade. Unfortunately, many modern scanners will continue to register my passengers as "Slaves," even if they are being delivered to Freital to be lib'rated.

My questions are as follows:
1) If I am delivering a shipment of what a scanner would indicate were "Slaves" to Freital to be liberated, would I be harassed by your movement for doing so?
2) If your movement does manage to destroy a ship containing "Slaves," would you not take them to Freital (or at least Vogtland) anyways?
3) If I am interested in shipping Blood Diamonds, is there any one-time donation I could make to purchase "protection" from your movement while working in Hessian-controlled or contested space?
5) Will your non-Hessian revolutionary comrades harass me if I follow your guidelines?

Herr Captain of the Midnight Express,

Facilities at Freital have been specifically established to help with the receiving and repatriating victims of slavery from throughout the sector. We've enough blood diamonds to keep offering them to you as an incentive to continue with taking over the slave trade using means other than knives and bullets (or in our case, fighters and revolutionaries).

To answer your questions, you are expected to make it very clear what the destination of your transport is, while carrying the formerly enslaved. You can (and probably will) be offered an escort by one of our ships, if they catch you coming through our space, just to ensure that your ship is going where it is supposed to. This also means that between Freital, Ronneburg and maybe even Freistadt we may be able to spare units for defence against those Corsair edge world barbarians, or other Bounty Hunters. Your continued spread of blood diamonds (and the consequent funding of the movement as a whole) will be enough, although infrequently a small donation may be asked of by RHA units, should the traffic volume get high enough to force a diversion of our men from the fronts.

As to the (as you put it) "harassment" from our comrades in the RRA: I must inform you that neither me, Herr Meisnerr nor any of the generals in the leadership of the Hessian movement have the ability to decide the actions of our allies. They are our brothers in arms, and not puppets, so it is down to you to inform them properly of your intentions as they are as adamant about putting an end to the slave trade as we are.

Thank you, Brigadegeneral Hoerst. I've completed yet another shipment of ex-slaves and picked up a cargo full of Blood Diamonds without a hassle. If there was anyone out looking to ambush my ship, they apparently aren't so good at their job.
